【摘要】 在当今的人类社会中,竞技体育作为一种不断升腾的社会文化形态,其发展水平已成为一个民族精神的象征、一个国家政治经济强盛的重要标志、科学技术进步的醒目“橱窗”。我国自新中国成立以来,国家领导人就十分重视竞技体育的发展。在“举国体制”的推动下,竞技体育发展蒸蒸日上,取得了令世界各国瞩目的成绩。2008年的第29届奥运会上中国以51枚金牌的成绩,成为竞技体坛的第一霸主,成为当之无愧的竞技体育大国。同样,山西省竞技体育也踏着时代的春风,以经济实力和科学技术作为后盾,取得了全面的进步。从山西竞技体育在近几届全国运动会上取得的综合成绩来看,山西竞技体育实力排名处于全国中上游地位。但是,在参加的历届奥运会中山西省除周晓兰获得过一枚排球团体金牌外,在其它项目上至今还末获得一枚奥运金牌,如果以区域竞技体育对我国奥运金牌的贡献率来衡量,山西竞技体育在其纵向与我国东部体育强省相比差距明显,或者横向与西北部分体育弱省同处全国游地位。竞技体育发展需要丰富的高素质人才资源,加强竞技体育人才资源开发,保证人才链的长期供应。区域竞技体育人才资源现状的研究,是对人才的整体结构、人才总量、人才素质、人才种类等进行评价,结合竞技体育可持续发展的需要,对人才资源进行有目的有计划高质量地开发。山西有多种多样的地域条件和不同的生活环境,具备了选拔适合于不同运动项目运动员的可能。本文主要引用地理学研究的相关理论对山西省竞技体育人才在以下几个方面进行论述：一、对山西省各主要城市竞技体育人才分布的现状、特点进行总体描述,突出表现为：南北差异明显,即：竞技人才数量和竞技人才的质量,南部都明显高于北部；而发展态势来讲呈现出“三”字型格局。另外,太原由于省会优势在竞技水平上也独领风骚。二、对区域竞技体育的地理相关性找出理论指导,并确定影响因素。包括经济水平、地理位置、文化差异、人文背景等因素。具体为内因(固定因素)和外因(可变因素)。固定因素包括地形环境、地理位置、气候、基因等；可变因素包括经济条件、对体育的重视程度(场地设施的建设、体育相关专业人员的资源)、体育项目的群众基础等。本人由于能力有限,而对于区域竞技人才的研究又涉及到许多复杂的影响因素。对山西省竞技体育人才资源并不能够做一个十分细致和全而的阐释,希望可以提出一个建设性的问题引起更多人的关注和探究。并对山西省未来竞技体育发展的规划提供可行性参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In today’s human society, as a continuous rising social cultural form, the development level of sports has become a symbol of national spirit, politics, economy, and progress of science and technology.From the establishing of the People’s Republic of China, the Chinese leaders have put great emphasis on the development of competitive sports. In China’s state-runsports system, the competitive sports have got great development and made great achievement attracted worldwide attention In the29th Olympic Games held in Beijing2008, as the champion, China won51gold medals and became the worthy strong country of competitive sports.At the same time, the competitive sports of Shanxi Province have a great progress depending on the economic strength and the science and technology. After analyzing the synthesis result, the position of the Shanxi province competitive sports is in the middle ranking of whole country. Up to now, nobody won one Olympic Gold in other projects except Zhou Xiaolan won one volleyball group gold medal. Comparing with the degree of contribution of getting the gold metals show that the disparities are big between Shanxi Province and the provinces lies in the eastern part of our country.The development of competitive sports needs many high-quality talent resources, enhanced athletic talents resource development to ensure that personnel of the long-term supply chain. Researching of the current situation of regional sports talent is the valuation of the overall structure, talent amount, the quality and category of talents. Combined with the need of sustainable development of competitive sports, the human resources should be developed in high quality according to plan. With many kinds of regional conditions and live environment, Shanxi province has the possible to sport projects. This thesis mainly referenced the geography theory, and studied the sports talent of Shanxi Province in the following aspects:Firstly,the distribution of the sports talent in main city of Shanxi province is not equilibrium. For example, the quantity and quality of the sports talents in the southern are higher than in the northern. The developing trend like a "三" shape pattern. In addition, Taiyuan city, as the capital of Shanxi province, is in the dominate level.Secondly, found the theory and determined the influencing factor for the geographical correlation of the regional competitive sports. The influencing factor include the the economic level, geographic location, cultural differences, cultural background, and so on. The influencing factor also can be divided into two types:inner factor (fixed factors) and outer factor (variable factors). The fixed factors include the terrain environment, geography, climate and gene, etc; the variable factors include the economic conditions, the degree of attention paid to sports (the construction of facilities, sports personnel resources), the mass base of the sports projects and so on.Because my ability is not high enough and the problems are very complex, so I can not explain detailedly the talent resources of Shanxi province. But I believe more and more people will pay close attention to the problems, and give the suggestion on the development of competitive sports in Shanxi Province in the future更多还原
