【副题名】小户型住宅空间的家具设计研究

【摘要】 我国近几年来,先后出台了“国六条”与“国八条”房地产调控政策,小户型住宅建筑占据了房地产开发领域的主导地位。而我国房价居高不下的现实给消费者带来的压力也毋庸置疑,因经济条件的限制,人们选择小面积住宅作为自己的家,尤其是八零后这一消费主体向往能够拥有独立生活。“蜗居”生活从影视作品到现实世界都无一不在揭示着一个社会问题——“蜗居”如何变“安居”?不同于建筑面积偏大的住宅空间,小户型住宅因面积有限对设计师设计手法的要求更具考验性和挑战性,当人们在购买家具产品时,面对当今的家具市场,也显得无所适从。我国家具行业市面上小户型家具十分“难产”,即使某些品牌家具同意定制,也多是根据业主家的实际尺寸,结合现有产品,单纯地缩小尺寸,而且费用较高周期较长,且并不能从本质上利用家具提高空间使用效率。面对这一市场空白,亟须设计师找到解决这一矛盾的途径。提到适用于小户型住宅空间的家具产品,一般情况下,人们都会首先考虑这类家具产品需要满足人的生理需求,并且具备特定的物质功能,比如多功能性、隐蔽性、收纳性,而设计师往往忽略了小户型居住者在选择家具时的心理诉求,即家具设计在满足其物质功能的前提下必须同时考虑使用者的家庭、社会交往、自我认同等方面的心理需求。同时,相对于面积偏大的住宅空间,小户型住宅在许多方面也存在不可忽视的优势。本文研究认为,家具设计师与消费者在设计与选择家具产品时,更应将家具作为情感元素去对待,把小户型空间在情感交流、多义化空间等方面的优势发挥出来。本文将从小户型住宅消费者购买家具的社会因素与心理需求出发,以心理学相关理论结构为支撑,结合家具设计必须满足的物质功能共性与情感功能个性,探讨家具产品与小户型住宅空间之间的相互关系,最终满足小户型居住人群在客观现实条件下的生理与心理需求。本文的创新之处在于,不再拘泥于家具的造型设计手段与家具和空间之间的物质功能影响,而是更加关注消费者的情感需求与心理感受,将家具作为家的“元素”之一诉之于家居设计过程的始末,赋予小户型住宅家具以人性的思考。小户型家具设计的研究,是在“变化中求变化”,将面积的局限性转化为居住环境的优势去看待,在有限的空间中创造更多的可能,在灵活的变化中寻求情感的包庇。

【Abstract】 China issued Six Policies and Eight Policies about real estate control in resent years, small familyresidential buildings occupy the leading position in the field of real estate development. And the high pricesof our country house brought to consumer pressure is beyond doubted, because of economic limitations,people choose small area residential as their home, especially the80’s-the main consumption, can have anindependent life yearning." Humble abode " life from a film and TV works to the real world reveals asocial problem-" humble abode "how to change into "happy live ".Different from the building area of partial large residential space, small family house to stylist designtechnique requirements is more testing and challenging because the area is limited. Consumers easilywould be blinded and disoriented in the face of the wide variety of furniture products. China furnitureindustry of small family furniture on the market is very scarce. Even if some brands of furniture agree withcustom, is the actual size according to owner home, simply to decrease in size combined with the existingproducts. And also it’s very expensive and the cycle lasts very long. And it can’t use furniture to improveefficient of using space from the nature, and also it can’t meet occupant of the pursuit of higher quality oflife. Facing this blank market, designers must find the way to resolve this contradiction urgently.Mention furniture products that apply to small family residential space, usually, people would firstconsider this kind of furniture products need to meet of physiological needs and have specific physicalfunction, such as multiple functional, concealment, to receive a gender. But designer neglects thepsychological demands of small family habitant choosing furniture, namely furniture design in satisfyingtheir material function under the premise of users also have to consider the psychological demand. At thesame time, relative to the area slants big residential space, small family housing has advantage in manyways that can not be ignored. This paper research thinks that furniture stylist and consumer in designshould be more emotional element to the furniture as the furniture when choose furniture products.From the social factors and psychological needs that family residence of consumers to buy furniture,based on the related theory as the support structure psychology, combined with the furniture design mustmeet of the substance of the common and emotional function character function, this paper discusses furniture products and small family residential space, the relationships between finally solve the "humbleabode" family life mode of the special living demand and the contradiction between the objective entity.The innovation of this paper is not get bogged down in the model of furniture design means offurniture and space and material between the influence function, but pay more attention to the emotionalneeds of the consumers and psychological feeling. It will serve as domestic furniture "elements" of thelawsuit in one of the household design process from a to z, from the perspective of special to small familyfurniture approaches.Small family furniture design research is in the "change and change", it will be in the area of thelimitations into living environment advantages to look at, in limited space in the creation of more possible,in the change of the flexible seek emotional shield.
