【摘要】 商业银行业务与投资银行业务存在较大的差异,传统的商业银行业务主要围绕间接融资市场，以指存款、贷款、结算业务为主；而投资银行业务主要指与资本市场有关的所有证券、基金、债券等直接融资业务。一直以来,我国实行“分业经营、分业监管”的金融体制,商业银行被限制向投资银行业务领域发展。改革开放以来，中国经济实现了快速增长，作为中国金融资源的主要配置者，国有商业银行功不可没。加入WTO之后，中国银行业更是直接面临着来自国外金融同业的激烈竞争。以国有商业银行为代表的中国商业银行，要在外部冲击和内部压力的双重挑战之下求得生存，获得发展和壮大，就必须不断开拓创新，寻求变革之法。在国家法律与政策允许的前提下，大力发展投资银行业务是应对未来挑战的一种必然选择，也是金融业深层次发展的必由之路。本课题对国有商业银行投资银行业务发展的战略模式进行了系统研究。在分析商业银行业务发展架构特点的基础上，重点针对目前国有商业银行投资银行业务发展的组织形式、产品形式以及在业务机构、产品以及其配套体制等方面进行了归纳分析，A银行在“商投互动”及“资源整合”的战略指导思想下，较好的开展了财务顾问、银团贷款、并购重组、股权融资、上市发债顾问、短融中票承销、资产证券化等投资银行业务。这对目前市场形势下我国商业银行投资银行业务的发展具有一定的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are more difference between Commercial banking and investment bankingbusiness.The traditional commercial banking business is mainly about Deposits, loans,settlement business in the indirect financing market. Investment banking business.is relevantto all securities, funds, bonds in the capital market." separate operation, separatesupervision” of the financial system is executed in our country. Commercial banks todevelop investment banking business is prohibited.Since the reform and opening up, our country has achieved rapid economic growth. Thestate-owned commercial banks have made many contributions. In the impact of external andinternal pressure of the dual challenge of surviving,the Chinese Commercial Banks mustneed Continuous innovation. At the national laws and policies to allow the premise, thedevelopment of investment banking is an inevitable choice.The topic of state-owned commercial bank’s investment banking business developmentstrategy mode is researched by the systemic studies. The analysis of organization form,product form as well as in business organizations, products and its supporting system hasbeen done on the basis of the analysis of commercial banks business developmentframework characteristics. In the interactive development and resource integration under theguidance of thought, Bank A has done a lot of investment banking business about Financialadvisers, Syndicated loans, Mergers and acquisitions, asset securitization and so on.
