【摘要】 学习型组织，是指通过对组织中学习氛围的培养、组织中员工学习能力的培养，促进组织学习能力全面提升的过程。本研究立足于挖掘对外贸易企业在学习需求上与普通企业需求的不同性，即对外贸易企业在学习型组织建设过程中的特殊性学习需求。通过对该特殊性学习需求的挖掘分析，实现对对外贸易企业学习型组织建设过程中，具体的学习内容范畴进行初步的限定。并通过对外贸易企业学习型组织建设的研究及具体案例的研究，能够有效地丰富我国对外贸易企业在企业管理中的理论方法，通过该研究，能够将学习型组织理论与对外贸易企业进行完整的结合，能够对对外贸易企业学习型组织建设具有一定的借鉴意义。本论文从大连森友株式会社对外贸易企业学习能力现状分析入手，结合企业所进行的具体学习型组织建设过程研究，深入分析该对外贸易企业在学习型组织建设过程中，具体的学习流程、学习内容及学习效果，构建了大连森友株式会社对外贸易企业学习型组织体系及实施流程，实现了对该理论进行与实践相结合的更全面的建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Learning organization refers to the process which through cultivating academicatmosphere and the learning capacity of employees in the organization tocomprehensively promote learning capacity of this organization.This study basedon the excavation in different learning needs between foreign trade enterprise andordinary enterprise，that is the special learning needs in the process of constructinglearning organization in foreign trade enterprise．By mining analysis of theparticularities of the learning needs,we plan to preliminary restrict the specificcategory of learning content．And this paper combined the study on the concreteprocess of building learning organization in Moritomo corporation of Dalian，anin-depth analysis about specific learning procedures，learning content，and learningeffect has been made among the process of constructing learning organization inforeign trade enterprises，which has made a comprehensive description about thecombination of theory and practice．更多还原
