【摘要】 在经济一体化和金融全球化的今天,金融始终占据着经济运行的核心地位,是市场经济的灵魂。随着金融资产管理公司政策性使命即将结束,我国四大资产管理公司又开始了商业化转型,正在探索以资产管理为主业,以投资银行、金融租赁、担保、信托、证券、保险等业务为依托的综合性金融业务。在国家有关国有金融资产管理公司商业化转型的政策指引下,充分利用当前宏观调控和稳健货币政策实施的契机,在有效分析和控制资金使用风险的前提下,如何充分发挥CC金融资产管理公司自由资金及外来资金的盈利水平,提升CC金融资产管理公司的资金运营水平,为CC金融资产管理公司转型发展开拓出新的道路。这成为本文探索和研究的主要目的所在。本文首先对国内外金融资产管理公司的研究状况和运营模式进行总结,并系统分析了CC金融资产管理公司的运营现状。在此基础上,对CC金融资产管理公司资金运营的优劣势进行分析,在参照国内外金融资产管理公司的运营经验的基础上,对重新定位CC金融资产管理公司未来的业务结构进行研究。金融资产管理公司在全面转型的过程中,首先应该坚持资产管理主业不动摇,即把不良资产的收购、管理和处置作为资产管理公司资金运营运作的业务基石；其次,大力拓展以投资(投行)手段为核心的直接投资业务,促进CC资产管理公司综合金融服务功能的完善。在此背景下,本文用系统分析法探索了CC金融资产管理公司的盈利模式,对商业化不良资产收购处置业务以及投资(投行)类资金运营业务进行了详细分析和设计,并提出了控制公司资金运营风险的方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the era of economic integration and financial globalization,finance has always occupied the status of economic operation of the core,is the soul of the market economy.Along with the financial assets management company policy mission near the end,China’s four largest asset management companies began commercial transition,are being explored to asset management industry,investment banking,financial lessing,security,trust,securities,and insurance business based on a comprehensive financial business.Under the guidance of the relevant state’s policy of financial asset management companies business transformation,make full use of present an opportunity to the implementation of the macro-control policies and prudent monetary policy.Under the premise of the effective analysis and control the risk of funds,how to give full play to profit level of the free capital and foreign capital of the CC Financial Asset Management Company,promote capital operation level of the CC Financial Asset Management Company,open up a new path for the CC Financial Asset Management Company,is the main purpose of this paper to explore and research.This paper firstly summary research status and operation mode of the domestic and foreign financial assets management company,and systematic analysis of the CC Financial Asset Management Compani’s operations.Using SWOT method to Analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the CC Financial Asset Management Company.Repositioning the company’s future business structure with reference to the operating experience of the domestic and foreign financial assets management company.In the business in the process of transition,Financial asset management companies should adhere to the asset management industry,that is take the bad assets acquisition,management and disposal as the business foundation of the Financial asset management companies;Secondly,vigorously expand the direct investment business that in order to the means of investment banking as the core,promote the function conversion of the CC Financial Asset Management Company.In this context, this paper explore the profit model of the CC Financial Asset Management Company with the method of systematic analysis,detailed analysis and design the non-performing assets’acquisition and disposition of business,and put forward the plan for controlling company capital operation risk.更多还原
