土石坝除险加固防渗技术方案多目标决策研究

【摘要】 水库大坝的安全一直是关系到国计民生的大事。在传统土石坝除险加固防渗方案的选择中,人们往往是根据经验或者是简单的技术经济比较来确定,从而很难得到科学、客观的结果。本文运用灰色关联分析法,并用层次分析法来确定各个指标的权重,建立了土石坝除险加固防渗方案的决策指标体系与多目标决策模型。这样使得土石坝除险加固防渗方案的选择更加科学。本文通过研究国内外普遍使用的土石坝防渗技术,分析总结了各种土石坝防渗技术的特点及适用条件,并总结出分别适应于坝基、坝体、管涵结合部位的各种防渗技术方案。考虑土石坝除险加固工程的多目标性,建立了土石坝防渗方案的成本、质量、工期、施工安全、施工难易程度、环境影响程度等六个决策指标组成的决策指标体系。对质量、施工安全、施工难易程度、环境影响程度这四项指标采用专家打分法进行打分量化。对这六项指标运用层次分析法确定权重,然后再根据灰色关联理论,建立土石坝除险加固防渗方案的多目标决策模型。最后本文以位于海南省琼海市的高原水库进行除险加固防渗技术方案多目标决策研究,通过四组坝基和坝体组合而成的备选方案,应用土石坝除险加固防渗方案的多目标决策模型,对土石坝除险加固防渗技术方案多目标决策模型的有效性进行了实例验证。论文运用土石坝除险加固防渗技术方案多目标决策模型对防渗方案的选择进行了初步的研究和探索,为今后的除险加固防渗方案的选择工作提供了简便有效的决策指标体系及决策方法,对土石坝除险加固防渗技术方案多目标决策研究具有重要的理论价值和实际意义。
【Abstract】 The safety of the dam in our country has become to be the colossal task, which is related tothe national economy and the people’s livelihood. In traditional selection methods ofanti-seepage programs in earth-rock dam reinforcement, people tend to be based on experienceor simple technical and economic comparison to determine the anti-seepage program, it isdifficult for them to get a scientific and objective result. This paper used the gray relationalanalysis and analytic hierarchy process which is used to determine the weights of the variousindicators to establish the decision index system and multi-objective decision model foranti-seepage technical program in earth - rock dam reinforcement. This makes the selectionmethods of anti-seepage technical program in earth - rock dam reinforcement more scientific.This article summarized and evaluated several anti-seepage programs which have beenwidely used in earth - rock dam reinforcement and have had a comprehensive understanding ofits engineering properties and applicable conditions, summed up anti-seepage programs for thefoundation, dam body, pipe&culverts binding site respectively. Considering the multi-objectivenature of the earth-rock dam reinforcement, establish cost indicator, quality indicator, durationindicator, construction safety indicator, construction ease indicator, environmental impactindicator of anti-seepage technical program in earth-rock dam, the decision indicator system iscomposed of six decision indicators. The quality indicator, construction safety indicator,construction ease indicator, environmental impact indicator is quantified by scoring fromexperts. These six indicators use analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight, and thenuse the gray relational theory to establish he multi-objective decision model for anti-seepagetechnical program in earth - rock dam reinforcement.Finally, this paper set GaoYuan reservoir which located in Qionghai, Hainan Province asan example to research multi-objective decision for anti-seepage technical program inearth-rock dam reinforcement, formed four options which combine foundation anti-seepage program with dam body anti-seepage program, used the multi-objective decision model foranti-seepage technical program in earth-rock dam reinforcement to verify its validity.This paper using multi-objective decision model for anti-seepage programs in earth-rockdam reinforcement conducted preliminary research and exploration, it provides a simple andeffective decision indicators system and decision methods for the future earth-rock damreinforcement, the study of multi-objective decision for anti-seepage programs in earth-rockdam reinforcement has important theoretical value and practical significance.
