【摘要】 城市环境卫生水平是衡量评价一个城市文明程度与管理水平的重要标志,反映了*个城市文明形象高低和人民生产生活环境的好坏。因此,城市环境卫生的管理好坏对提高城市人民群众生活质量、实现城市的可持续发展具有重要意义——“城市让生活更美好”!论文首先介绍了城市环境卫生保洁行业政府公用事业市场化改革的背景,以及在此背景下成立的A公司基本情况。然后,以A公司环卫作业质量的监管为研究对象,提出了质量监督管理方面存在的工作随意性大、效率低下、只监不管等问题,并进行了深入的分析研究。其次,围绕提高质量监管效率这一目标,提出了围绕精细化管理理念构建科学合理的环卫作业质量监管模式的建议,以及具体措施。最后,对全文进行了总结,也指出了进一步改进的方向。本文研究结果希望对环卫行业市场化改制后的企业在走向以管理为核心的真正的市场化道路上有所启发和帮助,乃至对整个公用事业市场化改革企业发展有着借鉴意义。更多还原
