300MW火电机组控制系统设计与实施

【摘要】 随着火电机组的容量越来越大,系统越来越复杂,一旦发生事故造成的危害程度也大大增加,这就对其控制系统提出了更高的要求,需要不断地增加安全性,降低不可预见事故的发生率,并加以科学规范地应用。本文以印度JSWSL公司投资建设的2台300MW凝汽式发电机组为主要背景,针对300MW凝汽式发电机组特点和控制要求,进行了控制系统工程设计。主要讲述了MaxDNA控制系统在印度JinDal项目上的设计与应用。根据印度的国家标准和安全规范,就全厂DCS控制系统在硬件设计、软件编程、人机界面设计以及控制策略等各个环节进行了研究,并对MaxDNA系统在调试过程中遇到的实际问题做了比较与分析。最后对MaxDNA系统进行性能测试,确保了系统的I/O通道连接正确和硬件功能运行正常。系统运行情况良好,连续试运行30天无故障,完全实现工艺设备要求,对子系统和重要辅机的稳定运行起到保障作用。MaxDNA控制系统的成功应用为同类系统在火电领域的广泛应用和设计改造提供了参考和指导。亦能将此成功经验应用于600MW及以上的火电机组,实现突破。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of large capacity of thermal power generating unit as well as the complex system, the risk of danger will be increased once an accident happened. Therefore, it puts forward higher requirements to its control system. It needs continuously increasing safety and decreasing the unpredictable accident rate. It is important to apply scientifically and standardized management.This paper is based on 2*300MW condensing steam power plant invested by JSWSL company. It carries out the design of control system aiming at the feature and control requirements of 300MW power plant. The paper mainly states the design and application of MaxDNA system applied in Project JinDal in India. On the basis of national standard and safety code standard of India, this paper researches on the hardware configuration, Software Programming, Human-Machine interface and control strategy. It also compares and analyses the practical problem appearing in debugging process.Finally, the writer has a performance tests in MaxDNA system to insure correct connection and normal operation of I/O channel. The condition of system is well and the test run proceeds 30 days smoothly. It completely achieves the demand of processing equipment and it ensures the stable operation of subsystem and important auxiliary. The successful application of MaxDNA provides a reference and guidance to congenic system applying and designing in Thermal power field. At last, the writer hopes the successful experience of control system apply in 600MW and larger thermal power generating unit.
