分体柜式空调机的纸质缓冲包装设计及其仿真分析

【摘要】 目前,在我国家电包装领域中应用最广泛的缓冲包装材料为发泡聚苯乙烯(EPS),但由于其不易降解和回收利用,不符合现今低碳环保的要求,其应用受到限制。蜂窝纸板作为一种纸质环保材料,具有重量轻、强度大、缓冲性能良好等诸多优点,可作为发泡聚苯乙烯(EPS)的替代品。本课题以典型的家电产品——分体柜式空调机为包装对象,以蜂窝-瓦楞复合纸板为缓冲包装材料,分别设计空调室内机和室外机的缓冲包装衬垫,并在有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench中对缓冲包装件进行建模及跌落仿真分析。首先,基于空调机的结构和材质特点,总结空调机常见的损坏模式,从而确定空调机的易损件为外壳,其破损模式主要为塑性变形和脆性断裂,并通过冲击脆值和外壳的许用的应力表征空调机这类壳体类产品的易损性。鉴于蜂窝纸板在小应力状态下,缓冲性能欠佳,因此本课题中采用蜂窝-瓦楞复合纸板作为空调机的缓冲包装材料,对蜂窝-瓦楞复合纸板进行静态压缩试验和动态压缩试验,从而得到蜂窝-瓦楞复合纸板的静态缓冲曲线和动态缓冲曲线,并对其承载性能和缓冲性能进行了分析。针对空调机产品特点及其现有包装存在的问题,分析空调室内机与室外机的包装要求,并以蜂窝-瓦楞复合纸板作为缓冲材料分别对空调室内机和室外机进行缓冲包装衬垫设计。最后,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对设计出的缓冲包装件进行建模和跌落仿真试验,获得空调机的响应加速度和等效应力云图。仿真结果表明,本课题中设计出的缓冲包装衬垫满足缓冲包装要求,可有效的保护内装物。

【Abstract】 At present, foam polystyrene (EPS) is the most widely applied cushion packaging material in the household electrical appliance packaging field in China, but it is undegradeable and unrecyclable, which doesn’t accord with the requirement of low carbon environmental protection today, so its application is limited. The honeycomb cardboard as a paper environmental protection material, with light weight, high strength and good cushioning performance can be used for foam polystyrene (EPS) substitute.This subject chose the representative of the appliances product——split-floor type air-conditioner as the packaging objects to design the cushion packaging liner of indoor machine and outdoor machine respectively with honeycomb-corrugated composite cardboard as the main packaging material, and then use finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench to establish a finite element model of the cushion package to do dropping simulation analysis.First, this subject studied and analyzed the vulnerability of the air conditioner. Based on the structure and material of air conditioner, this paper summarized the damage model of the air conditioner, and confirmed the shell of air conditioning as its vulnerable part, of which the main failure modes is plastic deformation and brittle fracture. And then chose the shock fragility and the allowable stress of shell to characterize the vulnerability of air conditioning products.In view of the poor cushioning performance of honeycomb cardboard in small stress state, this subject selected honeycomb-corrugated composite cardboard as the cushion packaging material of air conditioner. This subject got the static cushioning curve and dynamic cushioning curve of honeycomb-corrugated composite cardboard by static compression test and dynamic compression test, and then the bearing and cushioning performance of the honeycomb-corrugated compound cardboard were analyzed.Based on the product characteristics and existing packaging problems of air conditioner, the packaging requirements of indoor and outdoor machine were analyzed, and then the cushion packaging of indoor and outdoor machine with honeycomb-corrugated composite cardboard as cushioning material were designed.Finally, the subject used finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench to establish a finite element model to achieve the simulation analysis of dropping, and to obtain acceleration response and equivalent stress nephogram of the package. The simulation results show that the cushion packaging in this subject meet requirements of cushion packaging, which can effectively protect the equipment in the content.
