成都市岷江自来水厂考勤系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着计算机网络与计算机技术的飞速发展,企业必须加强自身的信息基础设施建设,通过企业基础数据的信息化、企业基本业务流程和事务处理的信息化、企业内部控制及实施控制过程的信息化、员工的行为规范管理等企业基础管理信息化工程,确保企业在规模不断扩大和业务迅速发展的过程中保持坚实的管理基础,促进企业的可持续发展。而考勤信息管理系统是成都市岷江自来水厂信息化建设的一个重要部分,是单位正常工作的前提,它的好坏直接影响到员工的工作效率及单位的经济效益。因此,对单位员工的出勤情况进行有效、科学的管理己经成为成都市岷江自来水厂面临的重要课题。目前市场上流行的考勤信息管理系统能够完成绝大多数的考勤任务,其硬件系统做的相当完善,但与之相对应的管理软件的功能还不够完全,少了一些必须的考勤项目,如加班管理、请假管理等。本课题设计和开发了基于B/S模式的企业考勤信息管理系统,实现了员工在客户端使用浏览器查询服务器数据的功能。本系统从需求分析、系统总体设计、详细设计到实现,最终实现了一个基于Web的考勤系统。在权限验证的基础上,能够让用户进行请假、加班等表单的申请、查询等操作,各种申请表单的签核也可以正常进行。在技术架构上采用.NET框架,使用C#作为后台语言编码实现,编程环境使用VS2008,数据库采用SQLServer2005。实现了角色与权限设置,员工休假与加班的申请、审批、审核的整个流程;公司管理者可以对管理范围内员工的休假信息、有效假期、加班信息等信息进行统计查询,并可导出Excel数据表。考勤信息管理系统能够很好的实现成都岷江自来水厂考勤管理的要求,为其信息化建设做出了极大的贡献。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of computer technology and computer networks, enterprises must improve their own information infrastructure, through making enterprise basic data be of information, making basic business processes and business transaction be of information, making the implementation of internal control and information technology control process the staff code of conduct based on management be of information, to ensure that Chengdu Minjiang water plant maintains a solid foundation for sustainable development in the rapidly expanding process. The attendance information management system is an important part of the construction of enterprise information, and it is the premise of enterprises and institutions to work, it will have a direct impact on employee productivity and company profit. Therefore, to have an effective, scientific management in the attendance of employees has become an important issue faced by Chengdu Minjiang water plant. The popular attendance information management systems in the market are able to complete most attendance tasks, the hardware system is quite well, but the corresponding management software features is incomplete, some required attendance projects, such as overtime management, leave management is missing.The project designs attendance information management system based on B / S model, to fulfill the inquiry by the client query the server using a browser data. The system has steps including requirement analysis, system design, and detailed design to implementation, and ultimately, a Web-based time and attendance system. This system enables users to take leave, overtime and other forms of applications, information, operation, various application forms can also sign-normal on the basis of the authority management. The details: using .NET framework for the technical architecture, using C # code to for the background language, using VS2008 for the programming environment, using SQLServer2005 for the database. Realized the roles and permission settings, staff leave and overtime of the application, approval, review the entire process; company managers can scope the information of effectively holidays, overtime and other information for statistical information query, and export Excel data table. Lastly take Chengdu MinJiang water plant as an example, the attendance information management system make a great contribution on employee productivity and company profit.
