湖州市公安局计算机机房实时监控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 工业控制已从过去的单机控制走向集中监控,现在是网络特别发达的时代,为工业监控的发展提供了很大的帮助。对于如今很多复杂的动力环境系统,掌握实时运行数据至关重要,尤其是实时故障数据,为我们赢得排除故障的时间。同时可以让尽可能少的人员管理尽可能庞大的系统。而且定时存入的历史数据对以后系统的分析有很大的帮助。本文设计的系统采用B/S架构,主要实现动力环境的实时监控,包括对机房环境,机房设备,电量监测仪,UPS等监控等,这些数据是大多动力环境系统管理人员实时关注的,对于用户来说系统安全可靠是至关重要的;本文从立项、分析、设计、硬件平台、软件系统逐步解析了系统的设计理念和过程,该系统通过实时监测,对实时异常信息发短信通知相关管理人员,从而为故障的尽快解除提供了时间和减轻了困难(可以直接找到故障点)。同时实时数据定期存入,为分析某个区域或某台设备的历史运行情况提供了依据,可以推测该区域或该设备的近期运行趋势。通过对信息中心平台系统功能和性能进行测试,数据采集、信息传输、运行稳定情况都比较好,基本能够满足了相关功能和性能需要。
【Abstract】 Industrial control has becomes to the formed of centralized monitoring from the formed of stand-alone control in the past. It is an age of advanced Internet; the advanced Internet changes the industrial control much. To many complex power- environmental systems, it is very important to grasp the real-time data, especially the real-time non-normal data. We can save time to return the system back to normal by grasping the real-time data. We can decrease the management by using this monitoring system at the same time. And the saved data can help us to analyze the system in the future.The system we designed uses the B/S architecture. The main function of the system is to achieve the real-time monitoring of the dynamic environment, including the engine room environment, room equipment, power monitors, UPS and other monitoring. These data are most management focus, it is critical to the users that making the dynamic environment working secure. In this paper, the author explains the design concepts and the processes of the monitoring system from the establishment of the project, the design of the project, hardware platforms, and software system. The system can send the non-normal information to the management quickly by the real-time monitoring, so that we can remove the abnormal easily. At the same time, the saved data can help us to analyze the operation history of the system, so that we can inference the future data of some area.Through to the information center platform system functional and performance testing, data acquisition, information transmission, stable operation conditions are relatively good, and can basically meet the functional and performance needs.
