近程雷达目标信号模拟器技术研究

【摘要】 近程雷达目标模拟器主要用于对包含目标信息的雷达回波信号进行模拟,是近程雷达目标模拟实验系统的关键设备,用于雷达系统设计、分析和性能测试。本文围绕近程雷达目标回波信号模拟器部分展开研究工作。本文主要工作如下:设计了一种基于DSP和FPGA的近程雷达目标信号模拟系统,包括用于完成系统自检的FPGA内嵌DDS源的正交多普勒信号模拟,产生基于FPGA控制的回波信号的距离模拟和速度模拟及杂波信号模拟。深入研究DSP及外围接口,在此基础上完成PCI接口、EMIF接口和基于EDMA数据搬移功能,FPGA接口控制程序设计,使FPGA能直接接收DSP传输的外部模拟目标回波信号或者通过主机加载的模拟数据。完成相应的主机应用程序设计,通过主机设置雷达目标回波信号模拟参数,控制DSP和FPGA完成目标距离和速度模拟,产生不同参数的模拟回波信号。通过PC机、TMS320C6416PA板卡、信号发生器及示波器等一起搭建雷达目标回波信号模拟平台,进行相关模拟功能的调试验证,能够满足设计要求。

【Abstract】 Short-range radar target simulator, which can simulate the radar signals that contain information of target, is the key of short-range radar simulation system. It is used in radar system to design, analysis and testing. Analysis and design of target echo signal in short-range radar simulator is studied primarily in the paper. The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:A kind of video signal simulator is composed of DSP and FPGA.A DDS source embedded in FPGA is added to generate orthogonal modulation data as Doppler signal in order to do the system self-check. The echo signal which including distance simulation, speed simulation, and cutter signal is realized by FPGA.The DSP application program is developed, which includes PCI interfaces, EMIF interfaces, EDMA data moving, FPGA interface control that can directly receive external simulation target echo signal by DSP or echo data generated by host computer.Complete the corresponding host application design, though the host setting radar echo simulation signal parameters,control DSP and FPGA target distance and speed simulation, produce different parameters of the simulation of the echo signal.At last the radar target echo signal simulation platform which build by the PC, TMS320C6416PA interface card, signal generator and oscilloscope.The feasibility of design is proved to be true by the tests results.
