某侵彻火箭弹引信可靠性分析及缓冲材料性能研究

【摘要】 对用于侵彻火箭弹中的引信控制系统进行设计分析,同时对引信可靠性和降低侵彻过程中引信所受加速度的方法进行了研究,为引信方案设计提供一定的参考。研究了可靠性工程国内外的发展及其重要性。由于引信是成败型产品,引信可靠性的研究是贯穿于引信整个设计阶段的一项重要工作。根据侵彻引信的功能要求,绘制出引信的总体功能框图。设计分析引信控制、发火和解除保险电路。同时,对引信机械部分的延期解除保险机构——无返回力矩钟表机构的作用原理和过程进行了分析。根据以上的分析,按照国军标规定采用自上而下的建树法建立以“引信作用失效”为顶事件的引信故障树图,并对此进行分析,得到引信失效的所有故障原因,提出增加引信可靠性的设计建议。根据具体采用的电子元器件的工作环境、质量等级及其它的具体参数,分别用元件计数法和元件应力分析法对引信中控制电路的可靠性进行预计,估算出引信电路在工作状态和非工作状态下不同时期的失效率和可靠度。对提高引信电路可靠性的方法进行讨论——在设计要求允许的情况下,尽量选择增加冗余的方法来提高引信电路的可靠性。同时,预计引信安全系统的可靠度。利用有限元仿真软件LS-DYNA仿真弹丸的侵彻过程中引信的过载情况,得到在不同的缓冲条件下引信的过载值,对聚四氟乙烯和泡沫铝垫片的缓冲原理和效能进行分析,并得出不同材料所使用的环境。同时,利用马希特锤测试聚四氟乙烯垫片的缓冲性能。

【Abstract】 Control system of the fuze using in the penetration-rocket is designed and researched in the thesis. The reliability of the fuze and the methods of reducing the load on the fuze during the process of penetration are studied.First, the development and the importance of the reliability engineering have been studied. As the fuze is success or failure of product, the reliability study is a very important task in the design phase.Second, according to the function of the fuze, the working block diagram of the whole fuze is drawn. The designs of the control, fire and security solution circuits are designed and analyzed. And the theory and the working process of the mechanical part of the fuze, a clock mechanism with runaway escapement, are analyzed.And then, based the analysis, the fault tree with the failure of the penetration fuze as the top event is constructed using the method in the national military standard. The analysis of this failure tree is conducted, and all the reasons causing the failure are found. Finally, the methods which are used to improve the reliability of the penetration fuze are proposed.Depending on the work environment, quality levels and other specific parameters of the electronic components, the reliability of the penetration fuse is predicted using the component counting method and component stress analysis method. The failure rate and the reliability are calculated. The two methods used for improving the fuze’s reliability are compared. And the method of increasing the redundancy fuze circuit is the first method chosen to improve the reliability. And then, the reliability of the security system in the fuze is calculated, too.Finally, using the finite element simulation software LS-DYNA, the process of the penetration is simulated, and the loads of the fuze in different buffer environments are obtained. The buffering principle and performance of PTFE and foam Aluminum gaskets are analyzed, and the buffering properties of the PTFE gaskets are tested using Maxi Te hammer.
