【摘要】 NGN (Next Generation Network)是一个业务驱动型的网络,它是传统的PSTN和基于IP的分组网络融合的产物。它采用综合、开放、融合的网络架构,实现业务与呼叫控制完全分离、呼叫控制与承载完全分离,使业务独立于网络。它是一种基于分组的网络,该网络能够提供电信业务并能够利用多种带宽、具有服务质量(Quality of Service, QoS)保障的传输技术,在该网络中与业务相关的功能独立于下层与传输相关的技术。使用NGN,用户可以随意接入网络并可以根据其选择,连接到相互竞争的业务提供者。它支持普遍移动性,这种移动性允许向用户提供一致的普遍存在的业务。现在,NGN的组网应用在全国己经有很多试点。从2011年起,NGN的商用网络将进行大规模部署,到2013年以后,NGN的研究重点将转移到新业务的开发和应用上。关于NGN的理论研究非常多,但在现有的网络环境下,NGN实际组网应用还不成熟,尤其是在新业务的开发和应用上,有可能出现各种问题,一定程度上,影响新业务的开发和实际应用。本论文通过对NGN试验网络的研究,分析NGN网络设计机制,研究NGN及其关键技术原理,探索NGN在商用中可能出现的各种问题,寻求适合现有网络环境的方案。通过业务项目测试和具体应用实例的构建,结合现有通信网络的演进,目的在于设计出一个符合德州联通实际环境应用的NGN组网方案,并通过德州联通固网NGN组网方案的实际构建,全面诠释下一代网络演进的技术细节与可行性,并通过对NGN网络结构等诸多方面的修正优化,实现了节约投资,保护投资,提高网络可靠性的目的。论文探讨内容是当前通信行业研究的热点,前景应用广泛。更多还原

【Abstract】 The next generation network is a service-driven network, it is the traditional PSTN and IP based packet network fusion products. It adopts a comprehensive, open, network architecture, implementation of complete separation of service and call control, complete separation of call control and bearer,so that the service independent network. It is a packet based network, the network is able to provide telecommunications services and can use a variety of bandwidth, with quality of service provision in the network transmission technology, and business related functions independent of lower associated with transmission technology. The use of NGN, users can randomly access network and can be based on the choice, connected to a competing service providers. It supports the general mobility, this mobility allows users to provide a consistent universal service. At present, there are a lot of NGN networking applications pilot in the country. NGN business network will carry out large-scale deployment from 2011, and NGN research emphasis will be transferred to the new service development and new application by 2013.On the theoretical study of the NGN very much, but in the current network environment, the NGN actual network application is not mature, there may be a variety of problems, especially in the development of new services and applications, to some extent, it affects the development of new services and applications.The paper through the NGN networking research, analysis of the NGN network design mechanism, studies of NGN and its key technology principle, exploration of NGN in commercially available that may arise in various problems, and seek for the existing network environment scheme.The paper through business testing and practical application construction, combined with the existing communication network evolution, it aims to design an accord with Dezhou Unicorn’s actual application of NGN networking scheme, the paper unified Dezhou Unicorn’s NGN scheme, it explains completely the technique details and possibility in the NGN evolution, and through the NGN network structure and other aspects of the correction and optimization, realizes the maximum saving investment,protecting investment, improve network reliability objective.
