【摘要】 “人、财、物”是企业日常管理的三块主要内容,对于电力企业来说同样如此。从2009年下半年开始,随着国家电网公司物资集约化管理的逐步推进,对基层单位的物资管理水平提出了更高的要求。针对湖州电力局物资管理的现状,大量的物资需求计划申报依然是书面形式流转。随着ERP-SAP系统的应用,很大程度上提高了信息化运用水平。但对于每个部门的需求计划申报、审批、采购申请申报、采购、领料等各环节尚缺乏有效的实时跟踪手段,需求部门无法及时掌握物资是否已采购、到货,计划人员无法及时掌握计划的执行情况,相关物资管理的领导也无法明确、清晰的掌握物资系统运行状况。因没有一个专业、有效的信息共享平台,对于国网、省公司的相关要求、各部门的最新的工作要求无法及时发布和掌握。因此,迫切需要建立适合湖州电力局目前及可预见的将来物资管理需要的信息化应用平台,利用我局目前较好的网络及硬件条件,为湖州电力局物资管理工作提供一个有效手段。本文首先从软件系统体系结构入手,讨论了B/S多层体系结构、MVC模式、JAVAEE平台等相关概念和技术,然后给出了一个采用B/S多层体系结构,基于MVC模式的JAVAEE应用的物资管理系统解决方案：◆采用B/S的多层体系结构,通过浏览器就能完成系统提供的所用业务操作。◆基于JAVAEE平台,具有良好的可移植性和平台独立性,可以支持Windows、Unix、Linux等各种操作系统。◆采用MVC模式,提高系统的灵活性、可复用性和可维护性。◆完善的安全体系,采用灵活的基于角色的访问控制模型,实现灵活的访问控制体系。◆支持信息门户和统一身份认证,用户只需一次认证登录,就能访问应用系统的所有授权资源。◆按照国网公司和省公司同业对标体系的相关要求,对相关指标进行控制。更多还原
