【摘要】 随着网络技术的日新月异,人们逐渐进入了网络时代,互联网走进了千家万户的同时随之而来的也是一场意义深远的革命。网络是一把双刃剑,一方面,网络己成为人与人之间沟通的桥梁,了解外面世界的途径,给人们的生活带来了巨大的便利。但是,网络在为人们生活、工作带来快捷便利的同时,又引发了一系列的社会伦理问题,其中最突出的问题就是网络色情的泛滥。对待网络色情,我们不仅要更新现有的技术,突破网络技术中的堡垒,从技术层面阻断色情信息与受众的联系,更重要的是掌握正确的育人方法,从思想上抵制不良信息对大众的道德侵害,尤其是对青少年的思想毒害,这样的话我们就一定能克制网络色情等不良信息给人们带来的负面影响,逐步开创网络时代的崭新局面!本文以批判研究为出发点,从马克思主义批判学的角度出发来分析网络色情现象,从网络色情现状分析入手,对网络色情的界定、特点做了详细的描述,以期使读者更加深刻的体会到网络色情的危害性,从情感、道德、法律三方面叙述网络色情与传统伦理道德的冲突,最后从四个方面阐述对策,全文从以下七个部分展开；第一章,绪论：主要探讨本文的研究背景和写作价值。第二章,什么是批判研究以及批判研究与网络色情的联系。第三章,传播伦理与网络色情：对网络色情的概念进行界定,叙述网络色情的特征和我国网络色情的发展历程。第四章,网络色情的传播方式：结合实际对网络色情的传播方式进行总结和归纳。第五章,网络色情传播原因分析：从互联网自身的特性、利益诱惑、我国性教育体系、网民个人素质和网络技术网络监管几个层面来阐述。第六章,网络色情与传播伦理冲突：从情感、道德和法律三个方面,通过案例来鲜明的证实冲突的存在与严重性。第七章,网络色情与传播伦理规范：从技术、思想道德、法律和全方位合作四个角度分析。第八章：结语：总结并提出希望。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the network technology advances, we gradually entered the Internet age, when the Internet comes into millions of households, the attendant is also a far-reaching revolution. Network is double-edged sword, on one hand, the network has become a communication bridge between people, a way to understand the outside world, it has brought to people’s lives great convenience. However, while the network bring efficient and convenient for people’s lives and work, they also triggered a series of social and ethical issues, in which the outstanding problem is the proliferation of Internet pornography.To face the spread of pornographic web sites, we not only need to update existing technology, a breakthrough in network technology fortress, blocking pornography from the technical contact with the audience, it is more important to master the correct method of educating people, from the ideological resist the adverse information against the public morals, especially for young people.So we will be able to restrain online pornography and other undesirable information to bring the negative impact of the Internet age and gradually create a new situation. In this paper, the status of pornographic sites on the network analyzing the definition of pornography on the Internet, a detailed description of the characteristics in order to make readers more deeply appreciate the dangers of Internet pornography, from the emotional, moral, legal description of Internet pornography and three traditional ethics of conflict, finally, response from the four aspects, full start from the following seven parts: Chapter one, Introduction:The main background of this research and writing values.Chapter two, what is the critical research and critical study of the link with Internet pornography.Chapter three, Internet ethics and Internet pornography:the definition of the concept of Internet pornography, the characteristics of Internet pornography and development process of China’s Internet pornography.Chapter four, the ways to spread online pornography:the actual mode of transmission of Internet pornography.Chapter five, network pornography Analysis:From the Internet’s characteristics, temptation, our education system, the users’personal qualities and network monitoring and network technology to elaborate.Chapter six, Internet pornography and dissemination of ethical conflicts:from the emotional, moral and legal three areas, through the clear case to prove the existence and severity of the conflict.Chapter seven, Internet pornography and dissemination of ethics:from the technical, moral, legal, and four all-round cooperation perspective.Chapter eight:Conclusion:Summary and expressed the hope.更多还原
