【摘要】 在食品质量安全事件频繁发生、消费者消费观念逐渐改变、国外绿色技术壁垒加强的背景下,研究我国的茶叶质量安全体系,其目的就是希望能够构建一个合理的、完善的茶叶质量安全体系,以期能够改善茶叶质量安全、提高茶叶国际竞争力。茶叶追溯可实现茶叶生产加工的全程质量安全监控及产品的有效溯源,推进追溯系统在茶叶行业的应用。本文对国内外有关追溯体系的法律法规和发展现状进行研究,分析了中国茶叶行业的发展现状,对追溯系统在国内外的发展现状进行了总结和研究,并讨论在茶叶行业建立追溯系统的意义及前景。文章通过对茶叶生产供应链进行分析,明确茶叶供应链的每个环节的参与者以及参与者之间需要保存和传递的产品信息,最终确定需要哪些信息来完成茶叶产品的跟踪与追溯。为了实现茶叶供应链各参与者之间快速准确的信息传递,使信息流和实物流相互统一,开发出符合生产实际的茶叶质量追溯体系系统的电子追溯平台,应用于跟踪和追溯茶叶产品各生产过程,实现茶叶产品生产过程等详细信息的保存并便于查询。更多还原

【Abstract】 Considering frequent food safety incidents, gradual changes in consumers’behaviors and foreign countries’green technical barriers, the study of Chinese tea safe quality system is very essential. We carried this study in hope to create an ideal, flawless tea quality and safety system, in order to improve tea quality and safety, and further to improve the international competitiveness of Chinese tea.Traceability of tea helps to monitor the whole tea manufacturing and promote apply of traceability system in tea industry. Foreign and domestic laws and regulations related to tracing system were studied. Present China tea situation was probed. The traceability system development status at home and abroad were summarized and discussed. The significance of establishing traceability system and prospects was investigated.Analysis on tea supply chain analysis help to identify all detail information that’s needed to each participant in each aspect. By doing so, we will be clear about all the information needed to build the traceability system in tea industry. In the end we hope to see fast and accurate information transition among all the participants in each aspect and information will coordinates with actual situation. In the future, electronic traceability system platform should be developed, in order to track and trace the production of tea producing process.更多还原
