采用萃取与共沸精馏进行稀醋酸回收工艺研究

【摘要】 醋酸是一种生产中的重要的基础性化工产品,在学术研究和工业生产中有着不可替代的地位。本文的研究背景是基于现有醋酸脱水工艺,优化改进低浓度的醋酸脱水工艺。在流程模拟软件Aspen plus中进行流程模拟,并对醋酸脱水过程进行了分析,提出一种萃取-共沸精馏联用进行醋酸脱水的工艺。在研究过程中,通过对物系的物理性质、剩余曲线图和三角相图进行分析,对醋酸脱水共沸精馏过程的模拟计算,通过与现场工况进行对比,验证了所采用的物性方法是合理的。在醋酸脱水共沸精馏塔的稳态模型基础上,基于现有醋酸脱水工艺,采用萃取-共沸精馏联用的醋酸脱水工艺。通过模拟计算萃取-共沸精馏工艺流程,研究萃取塔内的不同操作条件的影响情况,不同进料情况下对水相回流的要求以及不同萃取剂比例下的共沸精馏塔的水回流和塔底热负荷状态。最后,通过分析在不同进料板以及总理论板数的条件下,选定了一个最优工艺条件,通过计算年平均费用(Total Annual Cost)与普通共沸精馏的计算结果进行了对比。

【Abstract】 Acetic acid plays an extremely significantly role as an important chemical products in the research and industry production. The process of acetic acid dehydration in the heterogeneous column has been designed in this paper. The extraction-azeotropic distillation process has been performed which optimized and improved the process of acetic acid dehydration. The tool of acetic acid dehydration process simulation is Aspen plus software.Firstly, the process of acetic acid dehydration in the heterogeneous column has been analysis through physical properties, residual curve diagrams and triangle phase diagrams. Then the temperature distribution compared with the industry data can prove the rationality of property model in the process of acetic acid dehydration.Through the steady-state model of acetic acid dehydration process is put forward, I discussed the influence of the number of extraction tower, the feed composition and extractor with different concentration in the process. Finally, a optimum process conditions is selected. Compared with azeotropic distillation in Total Annual Cost, the final recommended process is extraction-azeotropic distillation process.
