湖南地区水稻抗寒剂的筛选

Screening of Cold Resistant Agent for Rice in Hunan Province

【摘要】 水稻抗寒剂能在不同程度上增强水稻抵抗低温冻害的能力。本研究旨在筛选出抗寒效果好的抗寒剂,从而提高水稻产量和质量。本试验通过不同的抗寒剂对2种早稻品种金优974、陆两优996在催芽后8-10℃低温处理、二叶一心后8-10℃低温处理以及常温处理这三种情况下的发芽势、保芽率、单株根数以及百株干鲜重几个指标进行比较,从而筛选出效果最佳的抗寒剂。试验结果如下:(1)水杨酸、氯化钙等9种抗寒单剂中,在样品催芽后低温处理、二叶一心后低温处理和常温处理三种情况下,20mg/L烯效唑和A168菌悬液在发芽势、保芽率、单株根数以及百株鲜、干重几个指标中对于2种早稻品种都有最佳效果。在催芽后8~10℃低温处理后,发芽势、保芽率分别可达到61.5%、95.3%以上,单株根数达3.7以上,百株鲜、干重分别在5.74g、2.11g以上;在二叶一心后8-10℃低温处理,发芽势、保芽率分别达97.1%、96.2%以上,单株根数10.2以上,百株鲜、干重分别为7.65g、1.94g以上;常温下发芽势、保芽率分别达97.5%、96.4%以上,单株根数达10.1以上,百株鲜、干重分别为8.72g、1.91g以上。(2)根据单剂筛选结果,将烯效唑和A168菌悬液按不同比例混合制成混剂,同样在单剂试验的三种情况下进行各项指标比较,发现A168菌悬液和烯效唑比例为6:4和8:2时效果最佳。在催芽后8~10℃低温处理,发芽势、保芽率分别可达到60.3%、60.1%以上,单株根数为3.4以上,百株鲜、干重分别为5.61g、2.11g;在二叶一心后8~10℃低温处理,发芽势、保芽率分别达88.9%、90.1%以上,单株根数为9.9以上,百株鲜、干重分别为7.49g、1.93g以上;在常温下,发芽势和保芽率分别达90.3%、90.3%以上,单株根数为9.7以上,百株鲜、干重分别为8.59g、1.91g以上。

【Abstract】 Cold resistant agent in rice can improve the ability of resisting low temperature. The experiments aim at screening effective cold resistant agent, thus improving output and quality in rice. In this research, different kind of cold resistant agent acting on two early season rice-jinyou974 and lulianyou996-are used to compare to each other in germination potential, germination percentage, single root amount, dry weight and fresh weight per 100 samples. It is compared under three conditions:8-10℃low-temperature treatment after accelerating germination and after one heart with two leaves, normal temperature treatment. The result comes out as follow:(1) In 9 single agents such as salicylic acid, calcium chloride, Uniconazole (20mg/L) and A168 suspension are two of the most effective agent towards the two kind of rice in germination potential, germination percentage, single root amount, dry weight and fresh weight per 100 samples under three different conditions. After accelerating germination,8-10℃low-temperature treatment can lead germination potential and germination percentage to more than 61.5% and 95.3%,single root amount above 3.7,dry weight and fresh weight per 100 samples above 5.74g and 2.11g separately. After one heart with two leaves,8-10℃low-temperature treatment can lead germination potential and germination percentage to more than 97.1% and 96.2%,single root amount above 10.2,dry weight and fresh weight per 100 samples above 7.65g and 1.94g separately. After normal temperature treatment can lead germination potential and germination percentage to more than 97.5% and 96.4%,single root amount above 10.1 dry weight and fresh weight per 100 samples above 8.72g and 1.91g separately.(2) According to the single agent screening result, Uniconazole(20mg/L) and A168 suspension are used to made mixed agent in different ratios in comparison under 3 conditions as well as the single agent. It shows that the ratios 6:4 and 8:2 of A168 suspension and Uniconazole are two of the most effective mixed agent. After accelerating germination,8-10℃low-temperature treatment can lead germination potential and germination percentage to more than 60.3% and 60.1%,single root amount above 3.4,dry weight and fresh weight per 100 samples above 5.61g and 2.11g separately. After one heart with two leaves,8-10℃low-temperature treatment can lead germination potential and germination percentage to more than 88.9% and 90.1%,single root amount above 9.9,dry weight and fresh weight per 100 samples above 7.49g and 1.93g separately. After normal temperature treatment can lead germination potential and germination percentage to more than 90.3% and 90.3%,single root amount above 9.7,dry weight and fresh weight per 100 samples above 8.59g and 1.91 g separately.
