【摘要】 奥巴马面对遭受金融危机和两场战争之后倍受创伤的美国,履行其“改变”承诺,在国内进行一系列医疗、社保、教育等方面的变革,试图通过改革促进国内经济发展重现美国的辉煌。在国际上奥巴马政府主张将软实力与硬实力灵活结合的“巧实力外交”确立为美国对外新政策,显示出美国将“改变”的思维同样运用到国际领域。本文主要关注美国如何以巧实力来处理国际事务,重点分析美国巧实力外交对中美关系的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Facing the serious traumas remained by the financial crisis and two wars, Obama initiated to fulfill his promises that he would reform the domestic medical treatment and social insurance and education in order to boost the economic development with the dream of representing the glorious achievements as the same as the beginning of 21st century in USA. Mr. Obama, a president perusing the combination of soft power and hard power flexibly to be“the smart power”as a fresh external policy, is on behalf of US government to implement the change thought into the international political field.This article pays close attention to how US apply The SMART POWER policy to tackle international affairs with the precondition of US gaining benefits, and meanwhile, do selective analysis to the Sino-US relationship impacted by the foreign policy named The Smart power.更多还原
