【摘要】 改革开放以来,民营经济异军突起,成为社会财富迅速增加的源泉。民营经济已经成为了中国最大企业群体、最大创新主体、最重要的公益慈善事业的贡献者。民营经济的快速发展,使其在促进就业与社会和谐发展、增加财政收入和就业、繁荣市场等方面的作用凸显。但是,安徽省民营经济发展水平与发达省份相比还有很大差距,民营企业自身还有一些缺陷。但是,民营经济作为市场经济的主体,具有旺盛的生命力。本文采取以信息经济学和发展经济学理论为基础,通过对实证数据的分析,指出了民营经济面临的恶性循环这一事实。通过全面深入的剖析安徽省民营企业现状,总结出安徽省民营企业的融资困境起源于融资结构的失衡、融资行为的限制。在详细分析了安徽省企业个体规模小、管理制度不完善、信息不透明、不讲信用这些内部因素,以及政策、市场和社会环境等外部因素之后,笔者认为,必须采取系统性的措施,从企业内外部同时着手,综合治理,从“融资渠道多样性”、“自我约束”、“政府有效履行职能”等方面解决民营企业融资问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the Chinese Economic Reform, private enterprises suddenly come to the force, which form the source of rapidly increasing social wealth. In China, the private sector has become the largest enterprise group, the largest innovation subject and the most important contributor to public welfare and the philanthropy. The function of private economy in enrolling employees, promoting harmonious development, increasing financial revenue, enriching market is made prominent along with its rapid development.But Anhui private economy still has the huge gap between Anhui and developed provinces. Defects can still be found in its certain aspects. As the main part of market economy, Private economy is at its most vigorous. The thesis stated the unpleasant fact that the private enterprises has fall into an vicious circle though an analysis on data based on Information Economics and Development Economics. The conclusion is that the imbalance of financing system and bound financing behavior have held up the development of Anhui private enterprises.After the research on these internal factors, such as small scale, unsound management system, limited transparency, and external factors like policy and market environment, social context, and so on. My suggestion is that systematic guarantee measure is necessary for resolving the financing difficulties of private enterprises. And also,we must improve diversity, encourage self-regulation and execute the office of the government.更多还原
