【摘要】 随着我国汽车产业的迅猛发展,建立面向中小型汽车制造企业的大批量定制生产已是我国汽车工业发展的当务之急。结合国内外汽车企业的发展,本文主要研究的是中小型汽车制造企业生产中的采购管理、库存控制等具体问题。已待能给我国中小型汽车制造企业的信息化建设提供一些借鉴和指导。本文首先以中小型汽车制造企业为研究对象,提出了面向中小型汽车制造企业采购流程,通过对其深入调查,利用TOPSIS-AHP供应商选择模型分析了企业的采购流程管理。对采购系统的业务流程、数据模型、功能结构进行了设计。在库存管理子系统中,对库存管理模型进行了分析,应用ABC分析法对库存物料进行分类,并采用了不同的库存管理模式进行分类管理,同时设计库存管理系统的概念模型和子系统功能及界面。接着利用Spring和Hibernate开源框架设计了汽车制造企业的采购和库存管理系统,数据显示层利用Ajax技术。针对原有系统的数据交换问题,则通过Web-Service技术予以解决。文章最后总结了面向定制生产的中小型汽车企业的ERP系统的特点,指出中小型汽车制造企业是按订单、中小批量生产的离散型制造企业的典型代表,适用中小型汽车制造企业的物流信息系统,同时也适用于有相似特点的其他行业。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of auto industry, at the same time, Mass custom production studying is going deep, design mass custom production system based on auto-part is more and more urgent to small and medium passenger manufacturing enterprise. Some idiographic problem of purchase management, inventory control oriented to Mass custom production are proposed. The purpose of this article is to provide some references and guides to optimize the information construction of small and medium passenger manufacturing enterprise of our country.The paper taking the small and medium passenger manufacturing enterprise as object first, though a penetrating inquiry into its current situation, the Mass Custom Production purchase process is proposed which is oriented small and medium passenger manufacturing enterprise, the purchase process model is analyzed by TOPSIS-AHP supplier choice model. Combined with the basic characteristics of purchase process, the business flow, data model, and function structure are designed again. The inventory model is analyzed in inventory management sub-system, and the inventory material is classified by ABC method.Then, the Mass custom production flow is designed of the small and medium passenger manufacturing enterprise, the Spring and Hibernate framework is applied with developing purchase and inventory management system. In this paper, the Ajax technique is used to develop data presentation layer, and Web Service technique is applied to data exchange to original system.In the end of this article,we total up the chacteristies of the Mass custom production ERP system, which oriented small and medium passenger manufacturing enterprise,and pointing out that the small and medium passenger manufacturing enterprise is representative of the make-to-order and small-batch-quantity manufacturing enterprises. Therefore,the ERP system designed in this paper is also applicable to other profession enterprises of having the similar characteristics.更多还原
