【摘要】 能源是国民经济和社会发展的基础,是人类社会赖以生存和发展的重要物质保障。随着石油和其它化石能源的日趋枯竭和全球对温室气体排放引起的气候变化问题的关注,新能源己成为实现能源多样化、应对全球气候变化和实现可持续发展的重要替代能源。山西是我国重要的能源重化工基地,在新的发展形势下,发展新能源产业是调整产业结构、优化能源结构、加强节能减排、发展低碳经济的必然要求。本文以低碳经济的视角为切入点来研究山西省的新能源产业发展。首先,通过对山西省能源结构的分析,指出发展低碳经济是优化能源结构,实现能源可持续发展的必由之路,而发展新能源产业则是实现低碳经济的重要途径。然后,本文分析了山西省新能源的资源评价和丌发利用现状,并通过与国内外新能源产业发展的情况进行对比,得出了山西省新能源产业发展中存在的问题。最后,结合国内外新能源产业发展的相关经验及山西省的实际情况,本文提出了山西省新能源产业的发展重点及相关政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Energy is the basis of the national economy and social development, is the important material guarantee of the survival and development of human society. With oil and other fossil energy increasingly exhausted and global pay more attention to greenhouse gas emissions and climate change problems, new energy has become an important alternative energy,which is achieving energy diversification, dealling with global climate change and realizing the sustainable development of sources. Shanxi Province is China’s important energy sources heavy chemical bases, in new development situation, the development of new energy industry is inevitable requirement to adjust the industrial structure, and optimize energy structure, strengthen the development of energy saving and emission reduction, and develop the low-carbon economy.Taking low-carbon economy as the breakthrough to study the perspective of the development of new energy industry in Shanxi Province. First, through the analysis of the energy structure of Shanxi Province, points out that the development of low-carbon economy is the only to optimize the energy structure, realize sustainable energy development. And the development of new energy industry is an important way to achieve low-carbon economy. Then, this paper analyzes the new energy of Shanxi Province resources evaluation and development and utilization status, and make a compare with the development of new energy industry at home and abroad, to find that the problems in the development of new energy industry of Shanxi. Finally, combining the experience of the development of new energy industry at home and abroad and the actual situation of Shanxi Province, this paper puts forward the development of new energy industry in Shanxi Province key and related countermeasures.更多还原
