山西省高校社会体育专业方向设置现状的研究

【摘要】 随着社会和经济的发展,我国的体育事业取得了辉煌的成绩,北京奥运会的成功举办使我国的竞技体育达到了高峰,随之而来社会体育成了人们关注的焦点,对社会体育各方面的专业人才的需求量逐渐增多,需求趋势也呈现出多样化的格局。而目前社会体育的培养模式已经不能满足人们对社会体育专业人才的需求,人们对社会体育专业人才的需求不断的多元化和多层次,这就要求我们培养的社会体育人才。进一步规范和细化。因此,在社会体育大专业下应该设置一定的专业方向,使得培养出来的人才适应社会不同层次、不同领域、不同人群的需求。在此情况下,我国很多高校对社会体育专业的学生采取分专业方向培养,在社会体育大专业下设置不同的专业方向,针对不同方向培养的侧重点也有所不同。社会体育专业的方向设置必须考虑多方面的因素,是当前社会体育专业发展所面临的一个十分重大的问题。在此之前,许多学者围绕着社会体育专业培养目标、课程设置、教学、就业等问题做了大量研究,为研究社会体育专业方向设置奠定了一定基础。本文在前人研究的基础上,通过了解目前山西省高校社会体育专业方向设置的现状,探析影响山西省高校社会体育专业方向设置的各种因素,对社会体育专业方向设置做了深入的研究。其目的在于:促进山西省高校社会体育专业的快速发展,提高山西省高校社会体育专业的人才培养质量,为山西省高校社会体育专业方向设置做出一定的贡献,因此,本研究具有较强的理论和应用价值。本研究以山西省高校社会体育专业方向设置作为研究对象,主要运用文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法、比较研究法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等方法,对山西省高校社会体育专业方向设置的现状以及影响山西省高校社会体育专业方向设置的因素等进行全面深入的研究。研究结果表明:(1)山西省8所设置社会体育专业的高校中,有4所设置了不同的专业方向,共设置了11个专业方向,其中相同的专业方向有,社会体育指导方向,体育产业经营方向,体育新闻方向。(2)从山西省8所高校社会体育专业的培养目标来看,没有设置具体的专业方向培养目标,只有一个总培养目标,具体目标定位不清晰,因而在培养过程中很难达到培养目标的要求(3)从设置原因上看,山西省高校4所设置专业方向的原因主要体现在国内和省内的社会需求、学校的专业结构调整、学校的教学资源以及借鉴其他高校的办学经验等方而。(4)从设置方法上看,山西省高校社会体育专业方向设置主要采用先调研后论证的方法,对设置专业方向的师资条件和场地条件进行调研,分析专业方向的市场需求,组织专家进行评估和论证,最终确定设置方向的类型、数量和定位。(5)从专业方向设置结果来看,山西省高校社会体育专业方向课程设置不完善,场地设施和师资力量不足,导致社会体育专业方向培养人才的过程与教学计划出现偏差,影响社会体育专业学生的就业。建议:(1)设置准确的社会体育专业方向人才培养目标。(2)结合各校优势设置特色专业方向。(3)优化社会体育专业方向的课程设置。(4)加强社会体育专业方向硬件设施和师资队伍的建设。(5)重视社会体育专业方向课程实施过程。

【Abstract】 With the development of economic and society, building a Well-off society and successful staging of the Beijing Olympic Games and other new social situation, Social Sports Specialty single training model can not meet the development of social sports diversified and multi-level, Social sports is a social cultural approach, Social sports talents to further standardize and details of the division of labor, Therefore, a large community sports of professional should be set under the direction of the direction of a certain professional. Therefore, in social sports should set big professional certain professional direction, making the talents cultivated adapt society different levels, different fields and different groups of demand. In this case, many colleges and universities on the Social Sports Training students to divert. The social sports specialty should be set to a certain professional direction, social sports of specialized talented person’s demand constantly, the diversity multi-level demands that we cultivate social sports talents to step into the specification and refined.Social sports professional direction Settings must consider the various factors; this is a very significant problem about Social Sports Specialty Physical setup determines whether to adapt to market needs. Before, many scholars do a lot of research around the goal of PE and major curriculum, the teaching process, teaching and employment problems did a lot of research, for social sports professional direction laid a certain set of research foundation. Previous studies limited to single factors, Social Sports Specialty setting must take into account various factors, this study was to understand the current direction of physical education in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province to set the status of physical education in colleges and universities of Shanxi Province, to set the direction of the various factors, trying to set the direction of social sports specialty in Shanxi Province to make some effort to actively promote physical education in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province rapid development. Therefore, this study has strong theoretical and applied value.The direction of physical education in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province as the study setting, The main use of literature, questionnaire, interview, comparative study, mathematical statistics and other methods, College of the Shanxi province to set the direction of social Situation professional sports, professional sports affect social factors set the direction of a comprehensive study. The findings indicate that:1. Four high schools set professional direction in Shanxi Province.2. High positioning training Objectives of social Sports Specialty.3. The deviation of training process and the teaching plans in social Sports Specialty.4. Lack of professional direction characteristics. Lack of venues and facilities, Teachers in social Sports Specialty.5. Curriculum imperfect in social Sports Specialty, There is a deviation between professionals and social needs in social Sports Specialty. Suggestions:1. Set precise training objectives in social sports specialty.2. School characteristics combined characteristics of professional direction to create.3. Optimization the social direction of physical education curriculum.4. Strengthen the social sports specialty construction of hardware facilities and teaching staff.5. Attach importance to the social sports specialty curriculum implementation process.
