政府管理视域下陕西文艺演出业现状、问题及发展思路研究

【摘要】 伴随着知识经济的到来,演艺产业作为21世纪发展最快的朝阳产业之一,已经成为世界经济发展的重要推动力,对于提升区域综合竞争力、推动区域文明进程等具有重要作用。我国演艺产业起步较晚,其总体规模和竞争力与发达国家相比,都有着相当大的差距。陕西演艺产业与国内先进省域比,也有不小的距离,特别是现行产业管理模式、管理方法上还存在诸多问题。因此,如何运用产业演进和政府文化管理的先进理论和实践经验,实现陕西演艺产业又好又快发展是十分迫切的现实问题。在对文化产业理论、文艺演出业相关概念、相关研究方法及分析技术等综述基础上,本文首先对陕西演艺产业发展现状及存在问题进行了深度剖析,并在此基础上,运用力场分析工具解析了陕西演艺产业发展的动力和阻力。其次,运用系统工程的理论及相关方法初步构建了陕西演艺产业发展影响因素体系的解释结构模型(ISM),明晰了18个深层影响要素在产业发展及推进中的作用层级、影响结构及相互关联；并运用层次分析法(AHP)对ISM模型的系统要素进行了单排序优先级权重和总体优先级权重的测算及分析,明晰了陕西演艺产业发展的总体推进路径。再次,从政府管理视角出发,初步设计了陕西政府发展演艺产业的总体思路及政策建议体系。最后,总结了本文的研究工作及主要成果,明晰了下一步需要重点研究的问题。本文对陕西演艺产业发展的现状、问题及发展思路研究,具有重要的实践意义与应用价值。具体研究工作及成果具有一定的针对性和可行性,能够解决陕西政府发展演艺产业中存在的一些问题,对于促进陕西演艺产业持续、良性发展具有一定的借鉴指导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the advance of knowledge economy, as one of the fastest growing sunrise industry in the 21st century, the performances industry has become a major force in world economic development. It has played an important role in enhancing regional competitiveness and promoting regional civilization. Chinese performances industry was started late and its overall size and competitiveness have a considerable gap, compared with developed countries. There is a considerable distance in Shaanxi performances industry than in advanced provinces. In particular, there are still many problems in the current industry management model and methods. Thus, it is a very urgent and practical issue that how to use the advanced cultural management theory and practical experience to achieve development of Shaanxi performances industry.Firstly, On the basis of cultural industries theory, performances industry concepts, system engineering modeling and analysis technology, the status and problems in development process of Shaanxi performances industry are analyzed in depth in this paper. On this basis, the power and resistance in development process of Shaanxi performances industry is analyzed, using the force field analysis tool. Secondly, ISM of performances industry development is initially built, using systems engineering theory and relevant methods in the company. Level, structure and interrelatedness of system factors of 18 are clear in Shaanxi performances industry construction. Using AHP model, the single elements priority and the overall priority weights about quality factors of 18 are measured and analyzed. The overall forward path on system construction is suggested in Shaanxi performances industry. Thirdly, to the government perspective, the overall ideas and policy recommendations of Shaanxi performances industry are proposed in the paper. Finally, the summary about the research work and the research prospects in next stage are designed in the paper.The modeling methods, optimization design ideas and implementation paths studied in the paper are not only suitable to development process of Shaanxi performances industry, but also fit for system optimization and practical work of other market players with similar industries or similar products nature.更多还原
