沸石基掺杂纳米TiO2的制备与光催化性能研究

【摘要】 本文以天然沸石、钛酸正四丁酯、无水乙醇和冰乙酸为原料,采用溶胶—凝胶法,制备了沸石纳米二氧化钛、沸石掺杂纳米氧化钛光催化材料,研究了该材料光催化降解甲基橙性能。为了探讨不同因素对光催化效率的影响,设计并进行了正交试验,最终确定了最优条件,即无水乙醇:钛酸正四丁酯:冰乙酸的体积比30 ml:25 ml:15 ml,沸石粒度800目,焙烧温度300℃,冰乙酸添加量15 ml。通过试验与表征测试,进行了Fe3+、Zn2+、N和La3+的掺杂试验和La3+、Fe3+的共掺杂试验。结果表明不同类型、不同添加量的离子对光催化效果有不同程度的影响,掺杂后材料的光催化活性较未掺杂之前有所提高。
【Abstract】 In this paper, take natural zeolite, tetrabutyl titanate, ethanol and acetic acid as raw materials,usingsol-gel method, preparating zeolite loading nano titanium dioxide ,zeolite doping nano-oxide photocatalytic materials, then study its performance of degradation of methyl orange.According to explore the different factors which impact the photocatalytic efficiency, design and conduct the orthogonal test, finally determine the optimal conditions, that anhydrous ethanol: tetrabutyl titanate: the volume ratio of glacial acetic acid is 30 ml: 25 ml: 15 ml, zeolite particle size is 800 mesh, calcination temperature is 300℃, glacial acetic acid addition level is 15 ml.By experiment and test characterization, carry out the doping tests of Fe3+, Zn2+, N, and La3+and the ions doping test of Fe3+ with La3+. Photocatalytic experimental results show that the different types, different amounts of ions have different levels of impact on photocatalysis, coparing with undoped ions, photocatalytic activity of doped ions improves than before.
