【摘要】 高校共青团作为高校学生思想政治教育的前沿阵地,在高校的教学管理中担负着重要的责任。随着当前高校的教育模式逐步由计划经济转向为市场经济,共青团组织的工作模式以及工作方式越来越受到高等院校的关注。如何最大程度发挥高校共青团组织的教育引导功能,怎样在新的教育形势下开辟为共青团组织开辟新教育阵地,如何提高共青团组织的运作效率,成为了各级高校领导者亟待解决的现实问题。将项目管理理论运用于高校共青团工作中,为高校共青团组织当前的改革和发展指明了一条新的道路。项目管理就是将一个既定的目标,通过一个临时性的项目小组对相关人力、物力和财力等有限资源的整合利用,经过严密的计划、组织、协调和控制来完成任务的一种理论方法。本文从项目管理的理论出发,围绕着当前高校共青团工作中存在的各种问题以及项目管理的优势来展开论述。当前高校共青团工作中存在工作模式僵化、工作重点不突出等问题,使得高校青年逐渐对团委组织的各种活动失去了兴趣,也导致了高校共青团组织的工作开展困难。项目管理理论在高校共青团组织工作中的应用将解决这些普遍存在的问题,为高校团委的发展拓展一条新的道路。本文的创新之处在于将项目管理理论引入到高校的日常工作管理中,完善高校共青团组织传统的工作模式,创造一种能够以学生为主导的工作方式,让更多的学生能够积极地参与到共青团工作中,以一种主人翁的姿态来展开工作和学习。通过化被动为主动,让学生自己去推动高校共青团工作的开展。最后通过实际的案例来说明项目管理在高校共青团工作中的应用优势,为开展项目化管理提供了一个鲜活的样板。更多还原

【Abstract】 University Communist Youth League works as the frontline in college students’political education, which plays an important role in teaching management of college. As the present education module has been transferred from planning economy to marketing economy, universities have paid more and more attention to the working module and method of Communist Youth League. How to play the educational guidance function of university communist youth league to the largest extent, how to open a new education field for communist youth league under the new educational situation, and how to improve the operating efficiency of communist youth league are becoming the urgently realistic problems that need to be solved.Applying the project management theory to the work of university communist youth league shows a path for the current reform and development of university communist youth league. Project management is such a kind of theory that integrating the related resources by a temporary organization is to finish the chosen goal with strict planning, organization, coordinating, and control. This article starts with project management theory, which expands the discussion by surrounding the strength of project management and problems existing in the university communist youth league. The rigid mode of the youth work, the focus of our work without highlighting the problems of youth cause the students to lost interests about organizations activities, which also led to higher league organizations work in difficult. The project management theory applied in the university communist youth league will solve the commonly existing problems and shows a new path for the development of university youth league.The innovation of this article is applying the project management theory to the daily management of universities, reforming the traditional working mode of university communist youth league organization, and creating a student-oriented working method. This method let more and more students positively involving in the university communist youth league and carry out work with a spirit of ownership. By transferring the passiveness into initiative, students boost the development of youth league. The article finally employs a real case to illustrate the strength of project management in university communist youth league, and provides a template for other universities to carry out the project management.更多还原
