基于电子院务的实验室设备(仪器)管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 广州工程技术职业学院是经广东省人民政府批准、国家教育部备案的广州市属普通高校,创办于1964年。为满足工程学院的教学需要,先后建立了计算机网络、电工电子、制冷、汽修、语言、艺术设计等实验室以及服装车间、数控车间、机械车间、汽车检测与维修车间、电工操作室等实验室(实习车间)。本人目前在广州工程技术职业学院担任实验室设备的专职管理工作。在实际的仪器设备管理工作中,发现了目前学院在实验室仪器设备管理中的各种问题。为了更好的管理实验室的仪器设备,本人结合硕士期间所学习的电子院务理论,提出了基于电子院务理论的实验室设备管理方案,并基于电子院务理论,构建了新型的实验室设备管理系统。该系统为我国高等院校仪器设备管理提供了一种新的解决方案,并以广州工程技术职业学院为实际试用单位进行了有意义的探索和尝试。该实验室设备管理系统采用了asp动态网页技术作为服务端编程语言,javascript作为解释脚本,sqlserver2005为数据库管理系统进行了开发和实现。目前,该系统具有设备(仪器)变动管理、设备(仪器)查询管理、设备(仪器)查无审查管理、字典库查询管理、设备(仪器)统计信息管理、新闻管理、用户管理、信件管理、实验室管理和系统日志管理等十大功能模块。
【Abstract】 Guangzhou Institute of Technology College which is approved by the People’sGovernment of Guangdong Province and recorded as Guangzhou College by theMinistry of Education founded in1964. In order to meet the teaching needs of thecollege, our college has established many laboratory, including of computer networks,electrical and electronics, refrigeration, auto repair, language, art and design, as wellas clothing shop, machine shop, mechanical workshop, vehicle inspection andmaintenance workshop, electrical operating rooms, etc..I served as a full-time management of the laboratory equipment in GuangzhouInstitute of Technology. In my daily work of equipment management, I find outvarious problems in the management of laboratory equipment. In order to make abetter management of laboratory equipment, I proposed a new laboratory equipmentmanagement solution based on the e-government theory which is learned during themaster learning. And then, I build a new laboratory equipment management systembased on the theory of e-government. The system provides a new solution for ourEquipment Management. That is applied to Guangzhou Institute of Technology as anactual trial units is a meaningful to explore and try.We use asp dynamic pages as the server-side programming language, javascriptas an interpreter script, sqlserver2005for database management systems to build thelaboratory equipment management system. Currently, the system has ten functionsincluding of equipment (instruments) change management, equipment (apparatus)query management, equipment (instruments) review management, dictionary databasequery management, equipment (instruments) statistical information management,information management, user management, message management, laboratorymanagement and system log management.
