太阳能/地热能/热泵综合实验台数据采集监测系统的研发

【摘要】 我国土地辽阔,太阳能、地热能资源丰富。土壤源热泵可利用地下浅层土壤热源,通过消耗少量高品位电能来实现低品位能量的转移,从而达到夏天制冷冬天制热的目的。而太阳能即可用于北方采暖期时的热源,又可四季为建筑提供生活热水。土壤源热泵及太阳能的应用对我国的建筑节能及环境保护起着重要的作用。本文针对太阳能集热器、地埋管换热器及热泵单一或联合运行工况,开发出一套数据采集监测系统。在完成实验台建设及测量仪器的安装后,对数据采集监测系统进行选型,绘制电路原理图并制成电路板,最终编写程序实现数据采集、处理、显示和保存、通讯等功能。该监测系统由四个部分组成:一、以单片机为核心的温度采集系统;二、热量表采集系统;三、采集板卡采集系统;四、上位工控机系统。本文主要从硬件和软件两大部分对数据采集监测系统进行阐述。硬件方面主要包括芯片实际功能选型、电路设计分析;软件方面包括各部分采集系统的软件实现及与上位工控机的通讯、上位工控机的人机交互及数据管理功能实现。通过对太阳能/地热能/热泵综合实验台进行调试运行,数据采集监测系统在实验台运行过程中稳定可靠。本数据采集监测系统为研究土壤温度的变化、太阳能采集利用情况、系统热平衡问题等提供实验数据。为高校教学、科研及推动太阳能和土壤源热泵的产业化、市场化作出坚实的铺垫。

【Abstract】 China is an expansive country with rich solar energy and geothermal energy. Ground source heat pump can use underground shallow layer soil energy to keep cool in summer and warm in winter by consuming little highstand electrical energy to realize lowstand energy transfer. Solar energy can use both as the heat source in the north and the source of domestic hot water annual for building. The application of ground source heat pump and solar energy is an effective way for building energy saving and environmental protection in china.This paper introduces a data acquisition and monitoring system which is designed for solar thermal collectors, ground heat exchanger and heat pump operating singly or combined with each other. After the construction of experimental table and installation of measuring equipment, we make a monitoring strategy, then draw the electric schematic diagram, making circuit board, compiling program to realize data acquisition, display, storage and communication etc. This monitoring system includes four parts. They are temperature collection system based on microcontroller, intelligent instrument collection system, analog input card collection system, PC system. The monitoring system’s hardware and software design are mainly discussed in this paper. The hardware includes choosing of chips and analysis of circuit. The software includes the realization of each part’s collection system, communication with PC and data management.After the commissioning and operation of solar energy/ geothermal energy/heat pump experimental table, the data acquisition and monitoring system performs steady and reliable. This monitoring system provides experimental data for the researching of soil temperature, the collection of solar energy and the system’s thermal balance etc. It also plays an important part in the educating & researching in college and promoting solar energy and ground source heat pump industrialization and marketability.
