基于TUXEDO的宽厚板MES系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 在目前的宽厚板生产过程中,具有完善的生产过程基础自动化系统和部分过程自动化系统,全线生产协调控制和生产计划调度都是人工完成,效率低,规范性差,各个部门之间得到的生产数据和产品数据存在不一致的问题,制约了生产效率的提高,导致产品经常不能按时交货,宽厚板产品的质量也不能保证,生产成本大大提高。在生产过程中,生产计划和生产过程的脱节一直是困扰生产管理人员的难题,它不仅影响生产效率,而且成为制约钢铁企业内部信息集成和供应链优化的瓶颈,厂里的生产调度、工艺管理、质量管理、物料跟踪和过程控制之间缺乏数据共享和交流,导致了宽厚板生产过程中各部门之间功能重叠、数据矛盾等很多问题,同时宽厚板的生产组织比较困难,组板、组炉、组浇铸都面临着市场个性化小批量需求与现场共性化批量生产的尖锐矛盾,为解决这些问题,提出以下解决方案:宽厚板的生产组织全部按订单生产组织模式,有效的灵敏的根据客户多尺寸、强调材料特性的订单情况,从而能够及时准确的组织生产,实时获取生产信息,提高生产和发货效率,及时对市场的变化和需求做出响应。本论文结合其他生产线MES系统良好的运行情况,针对某钢厂宽厚板生产的特征及生产流程中遇到的实际问题,设计实现了在事务处理中间件的宽厚板MES系统,实现宽厚板的生产组织全部按订单生产组织模式,有效的灵敏的根据客户多尺寸、强调材料特性的订单情况,从而能够及时准确的组织生产,实时获取生产信息,提高生产和发货效率,及时对市场的变化和需求做出响应,实现生产信息和数据在各部门、各模块之间准确完整的传输和共享,保证了生产数据的完整性和一致性。论文的主要工作和贡献如下:首先研究了现有的钢铁企业宽厚板生产的基本情况,分析了按订单生产组织模式的特点,设计并实现了适用于该生产模式的宽厚板MES系统的各个模块,有效的灵敏的根据客户多尺寸、强调材料特性的订单情况,从而能够及时准确的组织生产,实时获取生产信息,提高生产和发货效率,及时对市场的变化和需求做出响应。以事务处理中间件为一个可靠的运行环境,解决由于宽厚板在生产过程中对系统的通信机制的实时性和准确性的瓶颈问题,透明地在异构的分布计算环境中传递对象请求,保证在宽厚板MES系统中各个模块之间数据的完整和一致。运用Tuxedo对大规模分布式应用、分布式事务处理的良好的支持能力来解宽厚板业务系统面临的高可靠性、高压力、分布式事务处理的一致性等问题,对宽厚板生产过程有效的组织和管理,在极为宽广的范围内将宽厚板MES系统各pc终端与服务器进行高效组合,保证跨几个场地访问的数据和由不同数据库产品管理的数据的完整性和一致性,同时Tuxedo协调分布式事务使之完成网络环境下针对异构数据库的多场地修改,从而为宽厚板MES系统的顺利开发实施提供了保障。本文的重点并不在于创新,而是其实际可行的工程价值。基于但不拘泥于现有其他生产线MES系统的研究成果,重视宽厚板生产的实际特点,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本,保证了宽厚板的质量,增加了企业的生产效益。
【Abstract】 In the current heavy plate production process, with a sound basis for the production process automation systems and part of the process automation system, coordination and control of production line and production planning and scheduling is done manually, low efficiency, poor standards between the various departments to get the production data and product data inconsistency problems, constraints of the production efficiency, resulting in products often can not be delivered on time, heavy plate can not guarantee product quality, production costs increased substantially. In the production process, production planning and production process has been troubled by a mismatch between the production management problems, it not only affects productivity, but also restricted the iron and steel enterprise information integration and supply chain optimization of the bottleneck, Factory production scheduling, process management, quality management, process control, material tracking and lack of data sharing and exchange, leading to a heavy plate production process of functional overlap among the various departments, data conflicts and other problems, while the production of heavy plate more difficult to organization, group board, group furnace, casting group are faced with market demand and individual small-volume production site of the tension common,to solve these problems, the following solution: heavy plate production of all-order organization organizational model, effective size more sensitive according to the customer, emphasizing the material properties of the orders, so the organization can produce timely and accurate, real-time access to production information to improve the production and delivery efficiency, market changes and timely respond to the needs.The paper production line MES system in combination with other good operation for the production of a heavy plate steel production process characteristics and the practical problems encountered in the design realized in transaction processing middleware heavy plate MES system to achieve the production of heavy plate All-order organization organizational model, effective size more sensitive according to the customer, emphasizing the material properties of the orders, so the organization can produce timely and accurate, real-time access to production information, improve efficiency of production and delivery, in a timely manner to market changes and respond to the needs, production information and data in the various departments of transport between modules and sharing accurate and complete to ensure data integrity and consistency of production.The main thesis work and contributions are as follows:1.first study the existing production of heavy plate steel company’s basic situation, analysis of the organizational model-order features, design and implement a model for the production of heavy plate MES system modules,effective and more sensitive based on customer size, emphasizing the material properties of the orders, so the organization can produce timely and accurate, real-time access to production information, improve production and delivery efficiency, market changes and timely respond to the needs.2.the transaction processing middleware as a reliable operating environment to address the heavy plate in the production process because the system in real-time communication mechanism and accuracy of bottlenecks, transparent distributed computing in heterogeneous environments to pass the request object ensure that the heavy plate between the various modules in the MES system data integrity and consistency. Tuxedo for the use of large-scale distributed applications, distributed transaction processing capabilities to support good business systems are faced with heavy plate solution of high reliability, high pressure, the consistency of distributed transaction processing and other issues, the heavy plate production process and effective organization and management, in a very wide range of MES system will be heavy plate terminal and the server pc efficiently combined to ensure the access of data across several sites and managed by different database products data integrity and consistency, while coordinating Tuxedo distributed transaction completed so that the network environment for heterogeneous multi-site database changes, so as to smooth heavy plate development and implementation of MES systems provide a guarantee.3 .This is not the focus of innovation, but its practical value of the work. Based but are not limited to other existing production line MES system of research, attention to the actual characteristics of heavy plate production, improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, heavy plate to ensure the quality, increase the production efficiency.
