基于.NET电厂厂级监控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着电力市场的改革,发电企业越来越重视电厂厂级监控系统的建设,目的是为了实现电厂的经济运行,降低发电成本,在市场竞争中取得优势。厂级监控信息系统以分散控制系统为基础,以经济运行和提高发电企业整体效益为目的。它实现了全厂范围内的管控一体化,为实现全厂整体效益的提高和稳定、经济运行的根本目的打下坚实基础。系统源于Honeywell公司的实际项目,阐述SIS概念并根据电厂实际生产管理的需要给出了系统的总体方案。深入探讨了SIS系统的构成、功能需求、网络架构。论文从应用角度,给出了SIS系统在发电厂信息化系统中的定位、使用对象及主要功能;从计算机网络方面,详细描述了网络需求分析、网络设计原则、网络结构。从SIS系统的构成方面,介绍了OPC在数据采集方面的应用和PHD数据库技术。在SIS的高级应用方面,详细阐述了软件系统多层架构方法、相关功能模块设计及其采用的关键技术等。论文以PHD实时数据库平台为基础,结合.Net Remoting分布式技术,开发了一个作为Remoting服务器的灵巧数据访问层。这样一个类似于服务器的平台可以减轻SIS执行、安装、配置和维护等几个步骤的信息负担,提高数据安全、改善信息共享、方便上层程序的开发。并且为跑在它上面的应用程序提供认证、日志、警告和监控运行状态服务。可以将灵巧数据层看作计算机的母板提供系统监管和数据存取方面的服务,其上运行的各种应用程序看作各扩展槽上的板卡实现各自不同的功能。文章最后对己完成的工作进行了总结,并对今后的工作进行了展望。
【Abstract】 With market-oriented reform of China’s electric power enterprises in depth, to increase their competitiveness, reduce cost of power generation, and improve the operation and management fundamentally, power generation enterprises actively explore and develop Supervisory Information System(SIS). SIS, which is based on the real-time process data of the Distributed Control System, has been widely introduced into daily management of each power plant to make the plant operate in a more sufficient and economical way.Originating form the actual project of Honeywell corporation, this thesis elaborated the concept of SIS. Moreover the thesis provided the SIS solution on the basis of needs of the plant production and management and described the system structure, the functional demands and technology of computer network.From the view of practical application, it introduces the orientation of SIS in the power plant IT system, which group of users is SIS designed for, and the major function that the SIS brings. From the view of computer networks, it describes what kind of network is suitable for SIS, the basic principles to build such a network and the network architecture. From the composition of SIS system, From the view of system composition, it introduces the OPC(OLE for process control) which is used in data acquisition and PHD real-time database technology. As for further application development, it gives a practical multi-layer structure model, the design of function modules and the relative critical technology used to design such a system.Based on PHD real-time database platform, combined with .Net Remoting distributed technology, the system designed a Remoting Server, known as Smart Data Access Layer(SDAL). It is convenient for us to build the whole plant architecture model with the SDAL. SDAL is a server-like platform to alleviate information load involved in implementation, installation, configuration, and maintenance steps of SIS, enhance data quality and security, improve information sharing, and facilitate advanced applications. Services like licensing, logging, alarming, and running status monitoring are also available for application running above the layer. SDAL can be considered as computer’s motherboard which provided monitoring and data accessing services. The application programs which run on SDAL can be considered as cards on expansion slot and implement various functions. At last of the paper, summarize the finished work and bring forward some improvement ideas of this system.
