基于WebGIS的疏勒河灌区灌溉管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 对于我国国情,人口多,耕地少,农业无疑是保证社会稳定发展的重要作用,而灌区农业生产时我国农业生产的重要组成部分,所以需要重视保障灌区农业生产。近些年来,随着耕地减少,沙漠化问题日益严重,水质污染严重,湖泊萎缩等问题的出现,给灌区的发展带来了许多困难。还有极端天气的出现,也造成了灌区生产的巨大损失,导致了粮食市场的不稳定,阻碍了经济的发展。为了灌区的可持续发展,我们必须要加提高各种灾害天气的预报及其预防技术,提高管理水平和效率,提高节水意识。实现灌区信息化无疑是解决这些问题的有效途径。网络地理信息系统(WebGIS)技术是现今信息化技术的热门。将WebGIS应用到灌区管理,就是综合利用地理信息技术,计算机网络技术,遥感技术等,实现灌区的各项数据的自动采集和数字化处理,为灌区管理者提供全面,快速准确的决策依据。本文首先介绍了WebGIS技术原理和构建模式,并详细分析了实现WebGIS的各种方法,并对各个方法的优缺点进行了比较。在此基础上,详细分析了灌区的业务流程及灌区的最重要的管理内容配水计划。针对干旱灌区经常出现的干旱缺水的现象提出了优化模型,使灌区效益及水利用率最大化。本文详细介绍了系统的设计目标,设计原则,及开发平台选择,并对数据库进行了详细的设计。系统实现了在线电子地图功能,数据录入和汇总功能,数据表查询功能,制定配水功能等。通过将WebGIS技术应用到灌区管理,管理者能够更加快速直观的获取到相关数据,并且迅速做出决策。这极大的提升了灌区的管理效率,提高了用水利用率,降低了灌区的运行成本。
【Abstract】 In our country,we have a large population but not enough arable land。Agriculture has a basic effect to the social stability and development.Irrigated agricultural production is an important component of agricultural production for the whole country. It is especially necessary to assure the Irrigated agricultural production.In recent years, the decrease of cultivated land,worsening desertification , water pollution, shrinking of lakes and oasis and decrease of ground water tables hinder the development of irrigation seriously. The emergence of extreme weather also caused a great loss to irrigation production. For the sustainable development of irrigation, we should improve the technologies of prediction and prevention, improve management efficiency, increase water conservation awareness.The Informationization of Irrigation is an effective way to slove those problems.Network geographic information system (WebGIS) technology is a popular information technology now.This technology utilize geographic information technology, computer network technology, remote sensing technology to provide irrigation managers for the omprehensive, rapid and accurate scientific evidence .This paper introduces the principle ang of model WebGIS technology and analyzes the various methods for achieving WebGIS.All the advantages and disadvantages of each method were compared. On this basis, this paper detailed Analyzes the irrigation district’s business processes and that how to draft the water distribution plan.We have considered that how to draft the water distribution plan in the condition of drought and water shortage to maximize irrigation efficiency.This paper describes the design goals, design principles, and development platform of choice.and designs database design in detail.System have achieved an online electronic map, data entry and aggregation functions, development of distribution functions.By WebGIS technology tadministrators can more quickly and intuitively access to relevant data and make quick decisions. This greatly improved the efficiency of irrigation management, improved water use efficiency, reducing the irrigation of the operating costs.
