【摘要】 锻造产业作为山西定襄县当地支柱产业,经过多年发展,已形成独具特色的中小企业为主的产业集群。产业集群作为该区域富有特色的产业组织形态和获取竞争优势的主要载体,已有较好的产业基础。本论文首先从山西省定襄县锻造产业的发展现状入手,结合国内外锻造业研究现状,分析该区域锻造产业行业现状并进一步分析定襄县锻造业发展中遇到的一些问题。针对产业发展面临的问题,提出定襄县锻造产业区域发展策略,为未来的区域锻造产业提供指导思想。本区域锻造行业中小企业数量众多,实力参差不齐,存在着诸多的问题:如生产规模小,总体水平不高,产业结构层次不高,自主开发能力弱,企业组织落后,产品附加值少,经济效益低,能耗大等问题。以上这些问题同样也是中国很多制造业区域面临的主要问题,而解决这些问题的主要指导思想就是加快产业结构调整,实现产业升级。定襄县锻造产业升级的方向应该根据定襄县本地的资源禀赋和比较优势原则调整;实现定襄县锻造产业升级的主要途径是承接国内产业转移、壮大本地产业集群实力、提升产业的竞争力。本论文将结合国内外理论研究和近年来产业发展趋势的变化,探讨区域发展策略和实施方案。我作为锻造行业中的一员,也希望本论文发展策略中关于产业转移、产业集群、产业升级中政府角色、产业劳动者素质提高等多方面的研究成果,能够被同行们阅读,在实际运用中有所借鉴并交流不同的看法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Forging industry as a pillar industry of local Dingxiang County of Shanxi, after years of development, has formed a unique cluster-based SMEs. Industrial clusters in the region as a distinctive form of industrial organization to gain competitive advantage and the main carrier, has a good industrial base.This paper first from Dingxiang County of Shanxi Province forging industry development, combining study abroad forging industry, analyzed the forging industry in the region and further analysis of industry status Dingxiang County forging industry encountered some problems.Problems for the industry, the forging industry Dingxiang County proposed regional development strategy, forging industry for the future provision of regional guidelines.SMEs in the region, the large number of forging industry, the strength varies, there are many issues: such as small-scale production, the overall level is not high, not high levels of the industrial structure, weak capacity of independent development, organization behind the added value of products less Low economic efficiency, energy consumption and other issues. These questions a lot of manufacturing in China is also the main problems facing the region, and to solve these problems the main guiding principle is to accelerate industrial restructuring and industrial upgrading.Dingxiang County, the direction of forging industrial upgrading should be based on local resource endowments Dingxiang County, and the principle of comparative advantage adjustment. Dingxiang County forging industry to achieve the main way is to undertake the upgrading of domestic industrial transfer, growth of the strength of local industrial clusters to enhance the competitiveness of the industry.
