严寒地区钢桥面铺装技术研究

【摘要】 本文以辽宁滨海公路辽河特大桥为工程依托,开展了季节性冰冻地区大跨度斜拉桥的钢桥面铺装性能和合理结构体系的研究。通过对国内外大跨径钢桥面铺装工程的调研和铺装常见病害成因分析,对严寒地区大跨度钢桥面铺装方案技术特点和不同结构组合的使用性能进行了对比研究,确定辽河特大桥采用ERS钢桥面铺装技术。ERS技术利用了改性环氧树脂耐高温、高强度和可追随变形的优点,在光滑的钢板上形成一层防水防腐的抗滑层EBCL,约束铺装层不产生水平滑动位移,再利用冷拌环氧树脂沥青混凝土技术,在EBCL层面上冷做施工成型一层高强度小孔隙率且耐高温和抗损坏的树脂沥青混凝土(RA05)整体化层,保护EBCL层免受SMA施工损伤,有效的分散车轮荷载并增强整体的防水效果。通过高粘度的复合改性沥青生产的高性能SMA混合料作为行车功能层,为桥面铺装提供行车安全和优良的舒适性。针对辽河特大桥的工程环境和力学特点,对铺装结构中EBCL、RA05和SMA10等关键性材料进行了大量的室内针对性试验。试验包含了EBCL的施工性能试验、强度试验、变形性能试验和老化后性能试验;RA05胶料的性能试验和RA05树脂沥青混凝土的性能试验,其中包含了一种专为低温地区开发的新型RA05胶料;表面层SMA10的高粘沥青性能试验和SMA10沥青混合料的高低温、水稳和耐久性能试验。根据辽河特大桥的铺装结构和材料性能试验,制作了足尺钢箱梁铺装模型,并开展了加速加载试验,研究了在不同加载阶段、轴载大小等因素的作用下桥面铺装强度衰减和疲劳破坏,以及高温性能和抗水害性能,同时采集钢桥面内部应力和应变响应数据,为确定辽河特大桥钢桥面铺装方案提供了依据。最后,对辽河特大桥工程施工阶段的施工工艺和检测评定标准进行了分析,ERS铺装施工简单,不需要专用的施工设备,且工后不需要长时间的养护,对施工环境等要求不高,能够满足较低温条件下的施工需求。检测结果满足了设计要求和工程标准,验证了ERS钢桥面铺装技术具有良好的施工可操作性。本文结合辽河特大桥的结构特点,在现有钢桥面力学研究的基础上,提出推荐的ERS铺装结构,对ERS铺装体系进行材料和结构的性能优化试验分析,提出满足辽河大桥特殊使用条件的铺装结构及其材料技术指标,并指导实体工程的实施,解决了严寒地区大跨度钢桥面铺装实施中面临的问题,提高了铺装的使用质量和使用寿命,促进了我国东北寒冷地区钢箱梁桥面铺装技术水平,具有很显著的经济效益和社会意义。

【Abstract】 In this paper, Ying kou Liaohe Bridge Coastal Highway, relying for the project, carried out a large span cable-stayed bridge seasonal frozen regions of the steel bridge deck pavement performance and reasonable structure and system research. Through domestic and international long-span steel bridge deck pavement engineering research and analysis of the causes of common diseases pavement, cold regions of large-span steel bridge deck pavement program technical characteristics and performance of different combinations of structures were compared to determine the Liaohe using ERS steel bridge deck pavement technology.ERS technology takes advantage of modified epoxy resin high temperature, high strength and can follow the deformation of the advantages of steel to form a smooth layer of waterproof anti-corrosion anti-slide layer EBCL, bound pavement does not produce the level of sliding displacement, re-use of cold asphalt concrete mix epoxy resin technology, EBCL level forming a layer of cold to do the construction of small porosity and high strength and resistance to damage the resin temperature of asphalt concrete (RA05) as a whole layer, layer of protection against SMA EBCL construction damage, the effective distributed wheel load and enhance the overall effect of the water. High viscosity of the compound through the production of high-performance SMA asphalt mixture layer functions as a vehicle for the bridge deck to provide traffic safety and excellent comfort.Liaohe River Bridge project for environmental and mechanical characteristics of the pavement structure EBCL, RA05 and SMA10, and other key materials, a lot of indoor targeted tests. Test contains EBCL construction performance test, strength tests, deformation and aging performance test performance test; RA05 performance test of rubber and resin RA05 test the performance of asphalt concrete, which contains a low-temperature region for the development of new RA05 plastic material; the viscous surface layer SMA10 and SMA10 asphalt performance tests of high and low temperature asphalt, water stability and durability testing.According to Liao River Bridge pavement structure and material properties of the test, produced a full-scale steel box girder deck model, and accelerated loading tests carried out to study at different stages of loading, axle load size and other factors under the bridge surface pavement strength degradation and fatigue damage, and high temperature performance and resistance to water damage performance, while collecting the internal stress and strain of steel bridge response data, to determine the steel bridge deck pavement Liaohe program was provided. Finally, the Liaohe River Bridge construction phase of the construction process and evaluation criteria for the analysis of testing, ERS pavement construction is simple, does not require special construction equipment, and not long after the conservation work on the less demanding construction environment to meet the low-temperature conditions of the construction needs. Test results meet the design requirements and engineering standards to verify the ERS steel bridge deck pavement construction technology with good operability.In this paper, the structural characteristics of Liaohe River Bridge, the existing steel bridge mechanics research, based on the proposed pavement structure recommended by the ERS, the ERS system for pavement materials and structural performance optimization test analysis, the special use to meet the Liaohe River Bridge condition of the pavement structure and material specifications, and guide the physical implementation of the project to solve the cold region to implement long-span steel bridge deck facing the problems and improve the quality and the use of pavement life, and promote China’s Northeast steel box girder bridge deck pavement in cold regions technical level, with very significant economic and social significance.
