【摘要】 生态环境问题已是一个全球性的问题,以致其成为了引起国际组织及各国政府广泛关注的全球性的政治问题。通过本课题的研究可以展现生态环境问题与政治之间的契合点,以此加强对生态环境中所出现的问题的解决,以及进一步体现政治的重要作用。本文将从“生态环境”的定义、特点和生态环境问题,以及从古代农业水利、近代工业生态和现代生产生态几个角度出发,对不同时期的生态环境问题与政治的相关性进行历史考察,并进行阐释与分析,来揭示生态环境问题需要进行政治解决的必要性与迫切性。并通过对具体案例的简介与分析,如“松花江重大污染事件”,来阐释具体问题解决中的政治因素,从而进一步说明生态环境问题与政治的相关性。在批判性借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,通过对生态环境问题与政治研究的相关内容进行深入探索,如在对“哥本哈根气候会议”的反思中来揭示生态环境问题与政治的内在联系。从生态环境问题与政治的密切联系出发,进一步揭示二者契合的重要意义,以及对解决生态环境问题的重要的现实意义。生态环境问题的解决与政治息息相关,因而在既存的政治体系内吸纳生态环境问题议题是必要的,并且政治本身做有利于生态环境问题解决的改变同样是必要的。然而,世界各地的生态环境问题不仅具有共同性,又因政治、经济、文化、技术及社会等因素的差异,而具有区别性,因此需要立足于各国的国情探求二者的契合来寻找解决不同国家的生态环境问题的可借鉴性因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ecological environmental issues have become global political issues,which cause international organizations and governments’concern. The study demonstrates the relationship between ecological environmental issues and politics and further reflects the important role of politics. In addition, the interaction of the two issues has been investigated.Discussing the definition,characteristics and conditions of“environment”,ancient agriculture and irrigation,modern industrial ecology and modern production ecology to investigate the relevance between ecological environmental issues and politics in different periods. And through the interpretation and analysis,revealing the necessity and urgency of studying ecological environmental issues by means of politics. And through specific case study,such as“major Songhua River pollution incident”to explain the specific political factors in this problem and further explain the correlation of ecological environmental issues and politics. In the critical reference based on the results of previous studies on the ecological environmental issues and we explore the focus of ecological environmental issues and politics in depth to reveal the internal link between ecological environmental issues and politics through reflecting“Copenhagen Climate Conference”. Through the close link of ecological environmental issues and politics,revealing the significant meaning of correspond of the two,and the important practical meaning of solving the ecological environmental issues.Ecological environmental issues are closely related with politics, so it is necessary that current politics system absorbs the ecological environmental issue and the change of politics is also necessary. However, ecological environmental issue not only has common character everywhere of the world, because of the divergence of politics, economy, culture, technique and society it also has differences.
