大学生就业难背景下的就业危机意识教育研究

【摘要】 社会发展变革时期,生活、就业压力越来越大,就业难已是一个不争的事实。受到日益增长的就业压力的影响,大学生的就业恐慌表现出多样化和复杂化的趋势,导致了行行色色的心理健康问题的产生,并有向低年级学生蔓延的趋势。缺少必要的心理准备使大学生在遭遇就业危机时惊慌失措、无所适从,就业危机意识教育的缺失使大学生们不知如何有效地应对就业危机。近年来,因就业问题引发的大学生就业危机事件时有发生。“就业恐慌”频繁冲击着高校和谐校园的建设和大学生的身心健康,成为影响着高校校园的和谐稳定,诱发高校危机事件的又一社会动因。尽管国家采取了诸多措施促进就业,学校和家庭也千方百计帮助大学生顺利就业,但是,就业难的形势下真正能够帮助大学生摆脱困境的是他们自己。只有开展就业危机意识教育,提高大学生科学面对危机,有效化解危机的能力,增强大学生抵御风险、战胜挫折的就业能力,才能使他们在就业压力面前保持积极、健康的心态,踏上为社会服务之路,从而真正改变自己的命运。本文从大学生就业危机事件爆发的原因入手,通过问卷调查和文献研究,分析了培养大学生就业危机意识对预防就业危机事件,促进大学生顺利就业的积极作用。文章阐述了大学生就业危机意识教育问题提出的原因和我国适时开展大学生就业危机意识教育的必要性,分析了大学生就业危机意识教育的任务、内容和实施途径,对大学生就业危机意识教育的实施提出了建议。
【Abstract】 As the societal development brings more and more pressure into people’s life and employment, job-hunting has become an established difficulty. Influenced by growing employment pressure, college students’ crisis awareness in employment is becoming much more diversified and complicated. This tendency causes various psychological problems among college students who not only includes graduates but also is accepting freshmen and sophomore students. Without necessary psychological preparation for all the pressure, college students feel panic and overwhelmed. The absence of necessary education on employment crisis awareness causes college students unprepared for employment crisis. During the recent years a lot of college employment crisis events caused by employment problems happen frequently. Employment panic frequently attacks the construction of a harmonious college campus and college students’ psychological and physical health, and it has become another social cause which impacts the campus harmony and stability and induces campus crisis events.Although our nation has taken many measures to promote employment, colleges and families also try every means to facility students’ employment, it is the students themselves who can help themselves to get out of the difficult employment situation. Only with awareness education on employment crisis, college students can handle the challenge scientifically, solve the crisis effectively. By enhancing their own ability to withstand risks and overcome setbacks during employment, they can always hold positive and healthy psychology in the face of employment pressure in the process of serving the society, which in turn changes their own fate eternally.This paper explores the reasons behind the series of college employment crisis events, uses questionnaire and document study to analyze the positive effects of promoting college students’ employment crisis awareness to the prevention of employment crisis events and successful employment. In this paper the reason why to explore the education to college students about employment crisis awareness and the necessity of promoting relevant education on college students’ employment crisis awareness are presented. The educating objectives, contents and methods are also explored in the paper.
