【副题名】以广西壮族自治区为例

【摘要】 产业承接对于优化调整区域产业结构、提高区域经济竞争力十分重要。本文在探究产业承接、区域经济竞争力各自内涵的基础上,从产业承接与区域经济竞争力作用的相互关系出发,剖析了产业承接提升区域经济竞争力的作用机制。然后以广西壮族自治区为例,运用因子分析法定量研究了近十年来区域产业承接、区域经济竞争力的现实状况及相关性,从而得出产业承接能提高区域经济竞争力的结论,并且由此提出对策建议。本文就是在国家“十二五”发展规划的大环境下,以民族地区区域经济竞争力为研究对象,从产业承接的角度,通过对广西壮族自治区的区域经济竞争力进行理论和实证研究,得出结论认为产业承接是提升区域经济竞争力的重要因素。因此,实施合适的产业承接对提升民族地区区域经济竞争力意义重大。论文具体章节安排如下:第一章引言部分。主要介绍选题意义,研究现状、研究内容和研究方法。第二章论述产业承接提升区域经济竞争力的机制与模式。通过对产业承接以及区域经济竞争力各自内涵的深入研究,找出两者内在的关联性,并试图剖析产业承接促进区域经济竞争力提升的机理,即产业承接使区域产业结构得到优化升级,从而提升其产业竞争力,最后使承接地区域经济竞争力得到提高。第三章则在产业承接的基础上,建立区域经济竞争力的评价体系,并在繁杂的分析法中挑选出适合进行区域经济竞争力评价的分析方法,即建立在主成分分析法基础上的因子分析法。第四章以广西壮族自治区为例,首先从驱动力和承接优势两个方面分析其对珠三角产业承接的状况进行实证研究,再通过对其近十年的经济数据进行计量分析,最后结合广西的实际情况,得出结论认为广西区域经济竞争力的不断提升与产业承接对其的促进机制分不开。第五章提出对策建议,从产业承接的角度提出对区域经济竞争力有促进作用的5个建议,即因地制宜、自主工业化、防范风险以及国家的有关政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 and promoting regional economic competitiveness. Firstly, the connotation of industrial undertaking and regional economic competitiveness are studied respectively in this dissertation, based on this, the functionary mechanism of promoting regional economic competitiveness caused by the industrial undertaking is analyzed in terms of their interactional relation. Secondly, as an example, the real situation of industrial undertaking and regional economic competitiveness in Guangxi is studied quantificationally by using the factor analysis method. Lastly, the conclusion is given: the industrial undertaking can enhance regional economic competitiveness, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.Under the background of the Twelfth Five-Year Development Plan for our country, based on the minorities’regional economic competitiveness, the theoretical and empirical studies of regional economic competitiveness in Guangxi are carried out from the perspective of the industrial undertaking, and the conclusion indicate that the industrial undertaking is a key point to promote regional economic competitiveness. Therefore, the appropriate industrial undertaking is significant to promote the minorities’regional economic competitiveness. The central structure of this dissertation is as follows:The first part is the introduction. The present status, significance, content and method of the research are introduced in this part. The second part is written to discuss the mechanism and mode of promoting regional economic competitiveness on account of industrial undertaking. The connotation of industrial undertaking and regional economic competitiveness is studied respectively to find their relationship, based on this, the reason of promoting regional economic competitiveness is concluded: Because of the industrial undertaking, the industrial structure is upgraded and the industrial competitiveness is enhanced correspondingly. The third part is the construction of evaluation indexes system according to the industrial undertaking, and the regional economic competitiveness is evaluated by using the factor analysis method. The fourth part is a case of the research. Taking Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as an example, the real situation of the industrial undertaking in Pearl River Delta Area is studied from Driving forces and undertaking advantages. The economic data of the recent decade is analyzed on bibliometric, the conclusion is given combining with the real circumstance show that the continuous increase of regional economic competitiveness in Guangxi is positively related to the undertaking industry. The fifth part is some countermeasures and advices for the ethnic minorities’industry undertaking. Five advices are proposed to stimulate the regional economic competitiveness, that is, adjusting measures to the local conditions, industrializing with our own characteristics, avoiding risks in industry undertaking and policy recommendations for our country.更多还原
