【摘要】 随着中国乘用车市场的日益成熟,汽车制造业的不断发展壮大,以及大众消费者对于汽车消费需求的不断提高,这些变化对各大汽车制造企业提出了更高的要求。随之而来,汽车生产线的技术改造项目越发的频繁。在白车身生产线改造项目的不同阶段和不同环节中,均存在对项目进度、质量、设备、人员和生产线等不同程度和不同形势的风险因素。传统的管理方法已不能有效的规避风险,就必须建立基于控制风险的现代项目管理体系对其进行科学的管理。本文以生产线改造项目为目标,系统地对生产线改造项目中的风险识别、分析、评估、应对和控制等内容进行了深入探讨。识别出了生产线改造项目的各风险因素,建立了风险清单,对生产线改造项目风险进行评估。上述研究成果现己在生产线改造项目风险管理过程中得到了具体的应用。实践证明本文提出的项目风险管理方案是一套适合生产线改造项目特点的、可行的管理体系。本文研究成果可为生产线改造项目风险管理提供有效的指导,对同类项目具有一定的借鉴作用,取得了本论文研究的预期目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the growing maturity of Chinese passenger car market, car manufacturing industry has grown in strength and mass consumption of consumer demand for cars continues to improve, these changes on the major automobile manufacturers set higher requirements. Attendant, vehicle production line technological modification projects more and more frequent. In the different stages and different segments of BIW production line modification projects, there are different levels and different situation risk factors existing in schedule, quality, equipment, personnel and production lines, etc. The traditional management method can not effectively avoid risks, we must establish risk-based control system for its modern project management and scientific management.This paper with the project for BIW production line modification as the goal, the risk identification, analysis, evaluation, response and control content of the project was systematically expounded. The risk factors of the project had been identified and risk list had been drawn up. In the end, the risk of project had been assessed. The research results had been applied concretely during the project for BIW production line modification. Practice proves that the project risk management scheme proposed in this paper is a set of suitable and feasible modern management system for BIW production line modification. The research results provide a scientific basis and effective guidance on similar projects with a certain value of the reference to the papers on the intended purpose.
