【摘要】 随着当前全球重大事件频发,跨地域海洋运输受海盗侵扰频繁,能源物资和劳动力等价格不断上涨,大型或跨国企业的全球供应链面临新的问题:单一或集中地域的供应商发生问题时关键原料断货或延迟会影响企业正常的生产经营活动。本文以氧化铁颜料生产行业的代表LP公司为对象,基于其生产及原料供应特性对其库存控制需求进行分析,研究优化改进方法提高其运作能力,为行业中其它公司或类似企业提供借鉴。文章在当前库存研究理论技术的基础上,结合LP公司的运营背景(即:销售预测分两个渠道两个部门获得,数据可得性和可靠性不同;原料采购需要提前做远期规划;进口和国产原料供应特征不同),以产品线原料及成品的库存总量为单位,采用组合预原理,引入经济景气预估因素,对内销和外销预测采取不同手段分析优化,综合得到稳定可靠的远期销售数据。随后将生产过程中的物料转换状态进行简化,基于(R,s,S)库存模型,改变远期库存目标计算逻辑,采用充足备货策略,以供应链绩效目标DSI和OTIF为基础获得浮动的可用库存额度,制定在途库存的使用策略,研究得到新的库存规划模型。应用这些手段后使LP公司综合库存控制能力得到提升,利用充足备货规避了供应风险。本文首先提出研究背景和意义,介绍了研究目的、内容和成果。然后对当前库存研究成果做了综述,介绍主要库存控制方法和不足点,分析LP公司库存控制特点,引出研究思路和应用的理论技术。第三章详细分析了库存控制优化目标和需求,从远期预测和库存规划两方面进行研究。最后通过对研究结果在LP公司的应用实现论证了它的有效性。论文结尾对文章做了总结,指出了此类化工生产企业库存控制中可以继续深入研究之处。更多还原

【Abstract】 Due to more frequent big event and increasing price of energy, the Multi National Corporation’s global supply chain faces new problem: the supply breaking or delay of key materials will impact enterprise’s operation. The thesis bases on actual inventory control requirement of LP– a representative company of iron oxide pigments industry, studies & researches for optimization method and give a reference to companies which is in same situation.The thesis referred current research result, considered LP’s characteristic on sales forecast & RM planning demand, focused on production line’s whole stock qty, optimized local & export forecast individually to get a stable total long term forecast by combination forecasting method with adding economy prosperity estimate factor. Then changed long-term stock target setting method to have available maximum inventory level, decided GIT application, using (R, s, S) module & sufficient stock preparation strategy to get new inventory supply method. These action help LP increasing the inventory control ability, and evaded supply risk.At first the thesis shows the research background and research target, contents & result, ends with the thesis structure. Then after the summarization of current research and LP’s running situation, the research route and applied theory, method is introduced. The 3rd chapter makes detail forecast & inventory control situation analysis; gets optimization module for sales forecast, inventory target setting, & replenishment with detail parameters listed. In 4th chapter it shows the application of new control method in LP and proved the validity. Finally the thesis makes sum-up for the research and points out the shortage, also has an expectation to future study in this field.更多还原
