航天器先导式开关阀的动态特性分析与试验研究

【摘要】 根据表示液压系统动态性能的力平衡方程、阀口流量方程和流量连续方程建立某航天器先导式开关阀非线性方程组仿真模型,利用MATLAB/Simulink对该阀开启动态特性进行研究。通过改变该阀的结构参数,对其开启时间进行计算,得出影响其开启时间的因素,并得出这些影响因素变化的规律。利用仿真的结果,对阀进行相应的结构改进,改变主阀芯中的阻尼孔的直径、弹簧的刚度、弹簧的预紧力及阀的入口压力。再通过瞬态流量测试设备进行测试,得出阀开启时的流量——时间曲线,观察了超调现象,进一步验证仿真方法的正确性,并分析仿真计算结果与试验数据的误差。上述研究结果具有一定的工程应用价值。

【Abstract】 The simulation model showing the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic pressure systems, which is the group of non-linear equations based on force equilibrium and flow conservation, was established for pilot valve. Computer simulation was done by using MATLAB/Simulink for the dynamic characteristic of the valve.Through changing the structure parameters of the valve, opening time of the valve was calculated, the factors which influence the opening time of the valve was drawn, and by changing these influence factors, conclusions were drawn. Utilizing the result of the theory calculating, the structure parameters of the valve was improved, damping aperture diameter, spring rigidity, spring preloading in advance and entry pressure of the valve were changed, the flow-time curve were obtained through the testing equipment of transient state flow when the valve was turning on. The correctness of the theory result of calculation was proved. The error between the theory result of calculation and experiment data was analyzed. The research result can be applied in the engineering practice.
