交通走廊导向的大城市簇群式空间成长控制研究

【摘要】 21世纪,伴随着世界经济全球化和我国城市区域化进程的加快,大城市簇群式空间在地域范围更广阔的都市区范围急剧扩张。如何引导大城市簇群式空间合理有序的成长,关系到未来很长一段时间内,簇群式大城市的生态环境保护、土地资源集约利用和城乡统筹发展。我国大城市发展的区域化,与西方国家低密度郊区化城市蔓延有显著差别。由于土地资源、生态环境和机动化水平的制约,中国城市的“紧凑度”明显较西方城市高,相当一部分大城市外围地区的空间成长是依托交通走廊,形成“簇群状组群”的扩展形态,大城市都市区尺度上的簇群式空间结构模式及形态具有典型意义。因此,研究我国大城市簇群式空间成长与交通走廊优化模式,具有十分重要的意义。本文在对国内外大量基础理论和相关研究进行回顾和综述的基础上,认为交通走廊与城市空间成长的关系表现在城市规划与建设的战略、控制和实施等多个层面上,个别层面和单一学科的研究都无法解决现实中的问题。本文首先从宏观、中观、微观三个层面,分别就大城市簇群式空间结构形态、簇群式大城市新城组群联系和簇群式大城市走廊土地利用与交通走廊之间的相互关系和作用机制进行了系统的分析研究和实例分析,以此作为建立未来大城市簇群式空间成长与交通走廊优化模式的理论基础。本文在归纳总结了大城市簇群式空间成长中常见交通走廊模式类型之后,对大城市簇群式空间成长中交通走廊优化模式的构建进行深入分析。在模式建立之前,本文先从宏观、中观、微观三个层面就影响交通走廊未来模式变化的主要因素进行探讨。在模式建立之后,又对交通走廊优化模式的选择条件进行了讨论。随后,在得出相对优化的交通走廊模式的基础上,提出了交通走廊导向的大城市簇群式空间成长优化模式,以及大城市簇群式空间理想结构模型。最后,本文在以上分析研究的基础上,从宏观、中观、微观三个层面分别提出了大城市簇群式空间成长的控制对策,并以武汉新城组群为例进行实证研究。本文的研究旨在为我国大城市簇群式空间成长与交通走廊的发展提供理论上的依据和实践上的指导,也期望为其它大中城市的发展提供参考。

【Abstract】 The 21st century, accompanied by the world of economic globalization and regionalization of the accelerated process of China’s urban, metropolitan cluster-type space in a broader geographical scope of the rapid expansion of the urban area. How to guide cities Cluster-type of space reasonable and orderly growth of the relationship into the future for a long period of time, cluster-style big city eco-environmental protection, land resources, intensive use and urban and rural development.The development of China’s big cities regionalization, low-density suburbanization and urban sprawl in Western countries there are significant differences. As land resources, ecological environment and the level of mobility constraints, China’s cities, "compactness" significantly higher than those in Western cities, a considerable part of the outlying areas of metropolitan space for growth is relying on transport corridors to form a "cluster-like group," the expansion of patterns, large cities on the metropolitan area scale cluster-type model of spatial structure and shape of typical significance. Therefore, the study of China’s major cities Cluster-type space to grow and transport corridors and optimization model of great significance.In this paper, a large number of basic theory and at home and abroad reviewed and a synthesis of relevant research, based on the thought that the transport corridors and urban space to grow and the relationship between the performance of urban planning and construction strategy, control and implementation at various levels, individual level and a single interdisciplinary studies can not solve the real problems.In this paper, from the macro, meso and micro-3 levels, respectively on the spatial structure of cities cluster-type morphology, cluster-type big city Metro group contact and cluster-type metropolitan corridor of land use and transport corridors and inter-relationship between the and the role of the mechanism of the systematic analysis of research and case study as a future major cities in Cluster-type space to grow and transport corridors and the theoretical basis for optimization mode.This paper summarizes the major cities in the cluster-type space to grow and the common mode of transport corridors, after the type of big cities in the cluster-type space to grow and optimize the mode of transport corridors to build in-depth analysis. Prior to the establishment in the model, this paper start with the macro, meso and micro level, affecting the three patterns are changing the future of transport corridors to explore the main factors. After the establishment of the model, but also optimize the mode of transport corridors selection criteria were discussed. Subsequently, in arriving at a relatively optimized model based on the transport corridors proposed transport corridors city-oriented cluster-type space to grow and optimize the model, as well as an ideal space for city cluster-type structure model.Finally, in the above analysis, based on the macro, meso and micro levels were raised in three major cities in Cluster-type space to grow and control measures and to groups of Wuhan Metro to conduct empirical research, for example.This study is designed to China’s large cities Cluster-type space to grow and transport corridors and the development of theoretical basis and practical guidance, but also looks forward to the development of other cities to provide reference.
