600MW核电机组全范围模拟机系统模型软件的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着世界能源危机的加剧,核电已经成为21世纪初世界各国争相发展的新能源。国际和国内核电快速发展的趋势,为中国核电的发展提供了巨大的机遇,也带来了一系列的问题和挑战。其中非常重要的一项就是核电的安全运行问题。核电站全范围模拟机系统主要用于培训核电站运行人员,提高核电站运行人员的素质和能力,是确保核电站安全可靠运行的关键。此外,全范围模拟机系统对核电站的设计改进、运行规程的变更等,也提供了重要的验证手段。核电站全范围模拟机系统是核电站正常运营和培训的必备设施。全范围模拟机系统的核心软件模型软件对核电机组的运行过程进行模拟,是核电仿真的基础。要研发高质量的全范围模拟机系统就必须研发全物理过程、高性能的模型软件。模型软件是复杂的大型应用软件,开发高性能的模型软件,除了在开发过程中运用软件工程的原理和方法,还要有先进的仿真平台。仿真平台是包括仿真计算机、操作系统和仿真支撑软件在内的用于模拟机系统开发的软硬件系统。仿真支撑软件对模型软件的开发、测试、运行和维护进行支持。通过一套先进的仿真平台,模拟机系统开发得以在一个较高的起点上进行。在600MW核电机组全范围模拟机系统研发项目的基础上,结合RINSIM仿真平台,介绍了全范围模拟机系统模型软件的开发过程。首先简要介绍了国内外模拟机系统和模型软件的研究现状、发展趋势以及论文的研究工作。随后研究了核电仿真的一些关键技术。最后以600MW核电机组全范围模拟机系统模型软件的子系统——反应堆冷却剂系统的开发为例,详细分析了全范围模拟机系统模型软件的设计与实现过程。经过测试表明,本文所开发的模型软件全面地反映了600MW核电机组的工作过程,它能在全工况范围内正确可靠地模拟实际机组的运行状况,达到良好的设计效果。

【Abstract】 With the world energy crisis intensifies, nuclear power as new energy is being raced to develop by many countries in the world in the early 21st century. At the international and domestic, the rapid development of nuclear power provides opportunities for China’s development of nuclear power, but it also brings a series of questions and challenges. A very important thing is the safe operation of nuclear power. Full scope simulator for nuclear power plant is mainly used to train nuclear power plant operation personnel, improve the quality of nuclear power plant operation and is the key to ensure that nuclear power plants operate safely and reliably. In addition, the simulator provides an important means of authentication for improving the design of nuclear power plants and the operating rules and regulations. Full scope simulator is the necessary training equipment for nuclear power plant simulator system’s normal operation and Training.As the core of the simulator software system, the model software simulates the operation of the nuclear power plant, is the basis of nuclear power simulation. The entire physical process and high-performance model software are the basis of the R & D of high-quality simulator. Model Software is large and complex application software. To the development of high-performance model software, apart from the use of the basic principles of software engineering methodology during the process of developing, an advanced simulation platform is prerequisite. Simulation platform is the software and hardware system includes computers, operating systems and simulation support software, used to the development of simulator. Simulation platform is used for the simulator’s development, testing, operation and maintenance. Through an advanced simulation platform, the development of simulator can be at a higher starting point.On the basis of R & D projects of 600MW full scope simulator, combined RINSIM simulation platform of Research Institute of Nuclear Power Operation (RINPO), the paper introduce the development of model software. At first, the paper briefly introduces the research status and the development trends of Simulator at home and abroad. Subsequently study some key technologies of the simulation of nuclear power. Finally to the subsystem of the 600MW full scope simulator(Reactor Coolant System ,RCP) as an example, the paper detail the design and implementation process of the model software.After testing, the model software successfully simulated the operation of the 600MW nuclear power plant. The simulator simulated the operation of the nuclear power plant correctly and reliably in the whole range of working conditions, designed to achieve a good effect.
