弹片包装检测系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 弹片由于具有价格便宜,用途广泛等特性,被广泛应用于工业生产的各个领域。弹片通常采用料带进行包装。在包装,运送和使用过程中,经常会导致弹片出现缺陷,某些缺陷对工业生产会造成较严重的后果。因此对弹片进行缺陷监测十分必要,目前对弹片的检测分为控制部分和检测部分,但两者相互分离,这造成了人员的浪费,良品率得不到保证,因此无法适应生产的需求。新研发的弹片包装检测系统通过将控制部分和检测部分整合,采用一台检测设备可以对多个弹片包装机进行检测,有效的降低了人力成本,提高了产品的良率。针对传统的图像检测方法速度慢,精度差等不足,弹片包装检测系统提供了更加有效的解决途径。通过CCD相机对料带和弹片进行取像,针对影像饱和度的不同划分为高饱和度区域和低饱和度区域,对两个区域采取不同的分割标准,将背景排除,保留下待检测的的目标物图像。在缺陷检测环节,充分利用弹片不同的缺陷出现的位置和呈现特征都不相同,将待测的区域划分成元件区,定位孔区和料带上的其他区域三个部分分别进行检测。检测出缺陷后,检测系统将进行报警处理。若无缺陷,则通知控制部分传送料带,开始下一轮检测。该系统的硬件和色彩分割软件部分已经完成和测试,通过实验的验证证明了其有效性,检测缺陷的原理部分已经论证完毕,目前正在进行一些验证性的实验。

【Abstract】 Metal domel has been widely used in industrial production in various fields because of its cheap and widely used features and so on. Metal domel is commonly packaged by tape ,while packaging, transportation and use of the process, which leads to shrapnel defects usually. what’s worse is some defects would result in more serious consequences on industrial production. Therefore defects monitoring of Metal domel is necessary. the current inspection system is divided into control part and testing part, which are separated, caused a large number of personnel waste. It has been unable to match production requirements. The new detection system developed by us packages control part and testing part ,which costs the lower labor, would improve the product yields.Metaldomel packaging inspection system provides a effective solution other than traditional image detection method. Firstly, taking image through CCD camera, and then divide the image into different regions, leave the target of inspect image.In the test section, divided the targer image into component area, positioning holes area and tape area ,refer to the characteristics of different regions .If defects are found, the beep warning will ocured.The hardware and tools of image segmentation has been completed and tested by experimental validation to prove its effectiveness, the theory of defect detection has matured,and now some experiment will be made to prove it is proper.
