非晶合金微反挤实验分析研究

【摘要】 本论文选择迄今为止玻璃形成能力(GFA)最好的非晶合金系Zr基非晶合金系列中的Zr55Al10Cu30Ni5,通过微挤压成形模具的设计制造等研究,设计微反挤实验,辅助微观组织结构分析等手段,在总结了非晶合金的理化、机械性能基础上,研究其在过冷液相区超塑性流变、晶化行为。非晶合金的理化性能和力学性能,是其微挤压成形的基础。随温度变化发生的物性变化,能准确反映非晶合金玻璃转变温度Tg和结晶温度Tx和晶化情况;而高硬度、高强度、超塑性等力学性能,又关乎非晶合金的成形手段和应用方法。研究、设计、加工微反挤模具系统,通过半模、压块、自导向等结构设计,以及对模具材料的选择、热处理和装配方案的制定,解决了微挤压成形模具从设计到制造的多个关键问题。设计和完成非晶态合金微反挤实验,通过基础理论建立、过程描述、结果总结、Origin数据分析等工作,找到了Zr55Al10Cu30Ni5的成形速率8μm/s和温度462℃,挤压速度,分析了尺寸效应对成形过程的影响,并形成从理论到实践再到理论的研究方法。
【Abstract】 Zr-based bulk metallic glasses hold the best glass-forming ability (GFA), including Zr55Al10Cu30Ni5. With the basic knowledge on chemical property, physical property and mechanical property, superplasticity rheological behavior in supercooled liquid region and crystallization of Zr55Al10Cu30Ni5has been systematically researched by means of mechanical machining,basic extrusion test, backward extrution text X-ray, diffraction (XRD).Amorphous alloys physicochemical and mechanical properties are the basis of the micro-forming study. As the temperature changes, it can accurately respond to transition temperature (Tg) of amorphous alloy glass and Temperature and termination temperature (Tx) of crystallization. Meanwhile high hardness, high strength, mechanical properties and superplasticity are also related to forming means and application of the amorphous alloy.Design, manufacture three series of micro-forming die. Through the design of half-die, compressing block, reversal structure, the right choice of the mold material, heat treatment and assembly programming, a number of key issues on the design and manufacture of the microdie have been solved.This dissertation aims at designing and completing the amorphous mirco- backward- extrution test. Through the overview of basic theory, process description, conclusion of findings,and Origin data analysis, we find the limit of Zr55Al10Cu30Ni5 forming rate and temperature, and form a research method, which begins with overview of theory, and practice according to it, finally comes to a theory.
