地面数据重构系统研究与设计

【摘要】 随着人们生活水平的不断提高,乘坐飞机出行已经成为越来越多人的选择,飞行安全也就得到格外的关注。飞机在进行飞行试验或正常飞行中,会产生大量的控制及监控数据,而这些数据正是对飞机进行监测和改进的重要依据。虽然目前绝大多数飞机都安装有飞行数据记录装置(FDR)来记录这些数据,但随着时代的进步,需要设备小型化、智能化、抗干扰,并且要能够适应各种复杂的情况,因此研制地面数据重构系统就显得尤为重要。地面数据重构系统主要包括硬件采集系统和数据回放软件。本论文主要完成了数据回放软件的编写和调试,并对硬件采集系统及RLE压缩算法做了详细的介绍。数据回放软件的设计基于VC++6.0平台。由于系统所采集的数据量非常庞大并且使用了RLE压缩算法,因此在数据回放处理时,需要使用内存文件映射技术读取数据文件并实时解压,同时需要对原始时标文件进行转换从而得到秒时标的绝对位置。在对海量数据文件进行处理和显示时,分为粗分辨率和细分辨率两种情况,根据当前软件的处理状态以及用户的输入,可以快速准确的显示脉冲数据。数据回放软件中还有许多功能模块,包括脉冲数据的缩放平移、快速测量、选择时间段、快照画面以及信息提示等。这些功能模块的实现函数都要一一编写,最后需要将这些功能模块与数据的处理和显示整合在一起。经过长时间的编写和调试,已经完成了数据回放软件的所有基本功能,软件交付后经过测试,达到了用户的要求,实现了软件的设计目标。

【Abstract】 With the continuous improvement of living standards, Travel by plane hasbecome more and more people’s choice, the flight safety also need extra attention.During the flight test or normal flight, Aircraft will produce lots of control andmonitoring data, which is very important basis to monitor and improve the plain.Although the most aircraft are installed the flight data recorder (FDR) to record thesedata, as times progress, need equipment miniaturization, intelligent, anti-jamming,and can adapt to complex situation. Therefore, it is important to develop the datareconstruction system on ground.The data reconstruction system on ground consists of hardware acquisitionsystem and data playback software. This thesis mainly completed the programmingand debugging of data playback software, and made a detailed description ofhardware acquisition system and the RLE compression algorithm. The design of dataplayback software based on VC + +6.0 platform, as the system collected massive dataand used the RLE compression algorithm, so the data playback needed using memoryfile mapping to read data files and real-time decompression while in data processing,the software also need getting the absolute position of second timestamp byconverting the original time scale file. When processing and displaying massive datafiles, the software divided into two cases about coarse resolution and fine resolution,pulse data can be fast and accurately displayed based on the user input and the currentstate of the software processing.There are many functional modules in data playback software, including pulsedata scaling, fast measurement, selecting and displaying the time period, informationtips, sharpshooting images and so on. The realization of all the function modules mustbe programmed and integrate with data processing and displaying. After a long periodof programming and debugging, all the basic functions of data playback software hasbeen completed, the software has been tested after delivery,that achieves therequirements of the users and design goals.
