虚拟整合思想在流程工业管控一体化中的研究与应用

【摘要】 随着企业管控一体化进程的大力推进,企业信息化的要求越来越高。同时,由于企业信息化建设的不平衡性以及信息化系统的多样性和异构性,造成了实施管控一体化的信息瓶颈问题。如何综合运用管理技术、自动化技术和信息技术等解决该问题成为当前企业管理研究的热点问题。本文在分析研究了管控一体化及其进展,了解了该领域的国内国际现状并详细研究了该课题涉及的相关技术的基础上,针对流程工业信息化建设的现状和需求,提出了虚拟整合思想。虚拟整合旨在通过综合技术的应用,充分利用企业现有信息化成果,实现流程虚拟与数据整合,达到信息的共享与融合。本文以流程工业管控一体化体系结构为基础,提出了虚拟整合的概念,探讨了其技术架构。研究了虚拟整合及虚拟扁平化管理,并以天津石化工业循环水虚拟整合系统为例,进行了实证分析。本课题结合石化节水减排信息化建设项目,成功将虚拟整合思想应用于工业循环水的虚拟整合开发。实现了循环水处理设备及其工艺数据的快速查询和分析,使工艺运作物流清晰,设备运行状况一目了然,使节水减排信息管理体系更加科学化、规范化。针对循环水DCS系统的异构性,采用OPC接口技术开发完成了生产过程数据的通讯与交换,实现了现场控制级异构控制网络的数据整合。采用WEB技术对过程工艺数据、LIMS数据、MES数据等进行了综合与展示,达到了预期的开发目标。分析了工业循环水虚拟整合系统的经济效益和虚拟扁平化管理创新的成效。综上所述,虚拟整合思想能够有效的解决流程工业管控一体化进程中所面临的若干信息化发展不均衡、控制网络多样性以及技术水平参差不齐等问题,其能够实现的虚拟扁平化管理必将在企业的管理模式改革中发挥重要的作用。

【Abstract】 With the considerable improvement in the process of integration of managementand control, enterprise informatization demands an increasingly high requirement.Meanwhile, difficulties in carrying out informatization of integration of managementand control are caused as a result of the imbalance of enterprise informatizationconstruction and diversity and heterogeneity of informatizatin system. How to solvethis problem with the integrated application of management technology, automationtechnology, and information technology has currently become a hot topic of enterprisemanagement research.After analyzing and studying integration of management and control and itsdevelopment, and on the basis of learning the status quo of this field inside andoutside and making detailed researches on related technology on this project, thisarticle, aiming at the current situation and requirements of process industryinformatization construction, brings forward theory of virtual integratioin. With theapplication of comprehensive technology, virtual integration aims at taking fulladvantage of enterprises’existing informatization achievement, and acomplishing theintegration of process virtualization and data, so as to acquire information sharing anddata fusion. Based on the system structure of process industry management andcontrol integration, this article discusses the technique framework of virtualintegration, including data integration technology, virtual DCS technology, datainterface technology, and real-time database and information presentation technology.Combined with water saving and sewage reduction informatization constructionproject of Sinopec, the idea of virtual integration has been applied to the virtualintegration development of industrial cycling water successfully. With theimplementation of quick search and analysis of circulating water process equipmentand its process data, process operating distribution and the operating condition ofequipment is clear to all users. The information management system of water savingand sewage reduction becomes more scientific and standard. On the basis of theheterogeneity of cycling water DCS system, OPC interface technology is adopted todevelop and complete data communication and exchange in the production process,and achieve data integration of heterogeneous control network in field control. As thenew standard of Industrial Control in the world, OPC technology has overcome the difficulties in data exchange among companies and standardized application interfacedesign, and achieved great improvement. The application of OPC technologyguarantees reliability, standardization, and certain technical advancement of systemcommunication, and lay the foundation for system expansion. With the application ofWEB technique, progress process data, LIMS data, and MES data etc. are integratedand displayed, and the expected development objective is accomplished.In general, the idea of virtual integration can effectively solve the problems facedin the course of process industry management and control integration, such asinformatization development imbalance, control network diversity, and the irregularityof technology level and so on. It is a kind of technical thought of high feasibility andcost performance, and it has high engineering value and extension.
