中昊晨光化工研究院企业发展战略研究

【摘要】 中昊晨光化工研究院简称“中昊晨光”,是一家集有机氟高分子材料的研发、生产、营销为一体的科技创新型化工企业。随着我国有机氟材料产业的快速发展以及经济全球化的影响,企业所面临的竞争环境已经发生了巨大变化,寻找和建立企业新的竞争优势已成为企业生存发展的重要工作。本文从研究学战略管理的基本原理和基本方法入手,对中昊晨光的的基本情况进行了概述,分析了企业所面临的外部宏观环境、行业发展趋势与主要竞争对手情况,系统地对影响企业竞争能力的主要内部因素进行了研究分析。在上述分析研究的基础上,应用SWOT矩阵对中昊晨光发展战略进行设计,并制定相应的实施方案。通过对企业发展战略的研究和实施,在行业中抢先建立新的竞争优势,获得卓越绩效,进而为企业的长久发展奠定坚实基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chenguang Research Institute of Chemical Industry, shortly in Chenguang R.I.C, is a technology-innovatively chemical enterprise specialized in R & D, production and marketing of Organic Fluorine Polymer materials.Influenced by the rapid development of domestic industrial Organic Fluorine Polymer materials and impact of economic globalization, the competitive environment has changed dramatically .How to find and build new competitive advantages has become most important task for Chenguang R.I.C to survive and develop.This paper learning on the basic principles and methods of Strategic Management Studies, outlines the basic situation of Chenguang R.I.C, introduces the external macro-environment faced by the enterprise industry trends and key competitors, systematically researches and analyzes the internal factors which affect the competitive capacity of Chenguang R.I.C.On the basis of researches above, it applies SWOT Matrix to design the strategy of Chenguang R.I.C, makes a practicable plan. By researching and implementing this strategy, we can be the first to build new competitive advantages, and then stabilize the development of Chenguang R.I.C.更多还原
