循环流化床垃圾焚烧炉燃烧和污染物生成的数值模拟

Numerical Simulation of Combustion and Pollutant to Circulating Fluidized Bed Waste Incinerator

【摘要】 本文利用Fluent软件对某一循环流化床垃圾焚烧炉炉内燃烧情况及其污染物生成情况进行了数值模拟。分别以纸、厨余、混合垃圾和煤作为燃料。模拟结果显示:厨余和混合垃圾在炉内单独燃烧时,其燃烧不稳定且炉膛温度整体偏低。但是纸和煤单独燃烧,它们的炉膛温度相差不多。炉膛出口处NOx浓度的平均值都在200 ppm以下。受炉膛温度和本身硫元素含量的限制,煤燃烧时其氮氧化物排放浓度最大,纸燃烧时其炉膛出口处氮氧化物的平均浓度最低。当淮南烟煤和混合垃圾混合燃烧时,其炉膛温度和氮氧化物的浓度都增加了。对于二噁英类污染物,主要通过温度场来分析,研究证明当炉膛温度在850℃以上,炉内生成的二噁英就很少。增加炉膛高度后,延长了烟气在炉内的停留时间,对二噁英的生成有一定的抑制作用。同时模拟结果显示:炉膛内温度和氮氧化物在出口处的浓度有一定程度的降低。对于SO2,通过计算得出其生成浓度。

【Abstract】 Fluent software is used to simulate a circulation fluidized bed waste incinerator of its combustion and pollutants.The paper, food waste, mixed waste and coal are chosen as fuel. The result is shown that: combustion is instable and the temperature is low when food waste and mixed waste is burnt in boiler.However, the temperature of boiler is similar as the paper and coal is combusted in the boiler.Furnace exit The NOx average concentration for outlet is less than 200 ppm. Because of the temperature and their sulfur content, NOx concentration is the highest when coal is burnt while the least when the paper is combusted. The coal of Huainan and mixed waste are combusted at the same time, the temperature and concentration of nitrogen oxide all increases. For dioxin pollutant, it is mainly analysed by temperature field of the boiler.Studies are shown that the dioxin is rarely generated as the temperature is above 850℃.The residence time of flue gas is extended by increasing the height of boiler,that could restrict the formation of dioxin. At the same time,it is said that temperature and nitrogen oxide concentration of outlet also decreases.The concentration of SO2 is also calculated.
