城市沿江道路下穿隧道棚洞结构的设计及施工研究

【摘要】 经济建设的快速发展,人们生活水平不断提高,使得人们要求更快捷、便利的城市交通。然而往往由于城市用地的不足,限制其交通的发展。由此产生了下穿隧道这样的立体交通,而棚洞作为一种新型的城市隧道结构形式被应用。本文结合“江油市涪江一桥至二桥下穿道路恢复重建工程”,对城市沿江道路下穿隧道棚洞结构的设计及施工进行研究。论文依托江油市沿江道路的棚洞工程为背景,结合地勘资料,通过理论分析、数值模拟计算等方法,针对棚洞结构的设计及基槽开挖支护措施进行了系统研究,主要研究工作、成果和结论包括:(1)总结和归纳了棚洞结构在公路建设中的特点及优点,针对城市地区下穿道路工程,综合对比了三种不同棚洞结构型式(墙式、刚架式、柱式)的适用性。(2)通过对城市沿江地区合理的棚洞结构施工步骤及施工技术研究,得出了一套较完整的棚洞施工方案。(3)采用PHASE2有限元软件,对棚洞基槽开挖进行了土钉墙与排桩两种支护方案的对比研究。研究表明:采用土钉墙支护与棚洞结构相结合是安全合理的,既发挥了土钉墙的护坡作用,也发挥了棚洞的支挡作用,能形成一个整体的受力体系,既保证了基坑本身的稳定安全,又不会对棚洞侧的河堤安全造成影响。论文通过工程实例及数值分析,对城市沿江道路下穿隧道棚洞结构的适用性、设计及施工提出了一些建议,对今后类似工程的修建具有一定的参考意义。
【Abstract】 As the rapid development of economy and continuously improvement of people’s living standard, more efficient and convenient urban transportation was required. However, often due to the shortage of urban land, the development of its transport was limited. This result in a spatial formula traffic mode such as underpass tunnel, and the shed tunnel as a new type of tunnel structure was applied. In this paper, combined with "The Underpass Tunnel Restoration and Reconstruction Project from Bridge 1 to Bridge 2 on Fujiang in Jiangyou City", the author carried out research on the design and construction of underpass shed tunnel structure along the river in the city.This paper set the Shed Tunnel Project along the river in Jiangyou as the background. Combined with the geological survey data, the design and the support measures of the foundation pit of shed tunnel were systematically studied by the theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and other methods. The major research work, achievements and conclusions were as follow:(1) The features and advantages of shed tunnel in the highway construction were reviewed and summarized. For the underpass tunnel project in urban areas, the author comprehensively compared the applicability of three different types of shed tunnel structure (with wall, frame or column as the lateral support).(2) The construction steps and technology of reasonable shed tunnel structure which was along the river in urban areas were researched. Then, a relatively complete construction scheme of shed tunnel was collated and achieved.(3) By the finite element software PHASE2, two different support schemes (soil nailing wall and piles) of shed tunnel excavation which was along the river bank in urban areas were studied. The result indicated that:The shed tunnel with soil nailing wall was safe and reasonable. Not only the revetment function of soil nailing wall was played, but also the retaining of shed tunnel was developed. It formed an entire stress system. Both the stability and security of foundation pit and embankment on the side of shed tunnel was ensured.By virtue of engineering example and numerical analysis, this paper proposed a number of recommendations about the applicability, design and construction of urban underpass shed tunnel structure along the river. It gave some reference to the construction of similar projects in the future.
