两电平低压变频器研究和试制
Research on the Two-Level Low-Voltage Frequency Converter

【摘要】 石油钻机平台地处远离城市和工业电网的旷野中,设备在及其恶劣的条件下运行。其传动设备分散且运动特性各异,功率大,效率偏低。不仅动力传输成本高,而且动力分困难复杂。本文针对油田钻机平台的交流电传动系统的特殊性,设计了一种适用于油田机平台的大功率变频器,并开发出一台600V/1MVA样机。文章详细阐述了油田电机专用变频器的系统构成:主电路结构(包括四象限整流环节、流环节和逆变环节等)、传动控制系统(DCU)、网络控制系统。文章对现今四象限环节典型拓扑结构,流行控制策略作了详细的分析,并给出了相应的仿真波形;并对公共母技术作了必要的介绍。文章剖析了油田钻机用变频器的各种关键技术。针对油田钻机交流电传动系统功率大特点,提出了一种易于工程实现的IGBT并联技术;针对油田电传动系统中交流电机需过长电缆连接的特点,设计一种dv/dt滤波器,适合实际工程应用;分析了油田电气传系统中各种负载的特性,简要介绍了电机的控制策略;文章对变频器的各个关键部件进行了分析,利用Matlab软件进行了系统仿真研究。利用变频器样机进行了大量的试验,对本文提出的各个关键部件设计方案开展了各种实运行试验研究,出了详细的试验结果和试验波形,进一步验证了变频器的可靠性和实用。
【Abstract】 The oli drilling rig is far away from the urban and industrial electric net of the wilderness,the device runs in the extremely harsh conditions. The main driving device are distributed,which have different motion characteristics、large power and low efficiency. Not only the cost of power transmission is high,but also the distribution of power is difficult and complex. According to the particularity of oilfield drilling rig Platform’s AC electric drive system,this paper design a high power frequency converter that is suitable for oilfield drilling rig platform,and developed a prototype of 600V/1MVA.This paper Describes the system structure of oilfield motor specific frequency converter in detail:the main circuit structure(including four-quadrant rectifier link、dc link and inverter link)、drive control system(DCU) and network control system. It analyzes the typical topological structure of current four-quadrant link and popular control strategy in detail,and describes the corresponding simulation waveform,and also introduces the common bus technology necessarily.This paper analyzes all kinds of key technologies of oilfield drilling rig specific frequency converter. According to the characteristics of oilfield drilling rig AC electric drive system’s large power,this paper present a IGBT parallel technology that is easy for engineering realization; for the AC motor of oilfield electric drive system needs long cable connected,it design a dv/dt filter that is suitable for practical engineering application; it also analyzes the characteristics of oilfield electric drive system’s various loads,and introduces the motor’s control strategy briefly.This paper analyzes each key component of the converter using MATLAB for system’s simulation research. According to each key component’s design scheme the paper presented, used converter prototype to devolop various practical operation experimental study, and the detailed experimental results and waveforms obtained verified the reliability and practicability of converter furtherly.
